This renovated, very bright villa is fully fenced and located on a very quiet private road, in a prime location near the beaches of La Chambre d’Amour and on the edge of the Chiberta Forest.

The exterior: fully equipped for outdoor living, with a 200 m² wooden deck, a heated pool (9x4.5), a bocce court and outdoor sofas, multiple lighting options, and—most notably—a fully equipped pool house with radiant heating, a bar, refrigerator, griddle, beer dispenser (keg available upon request), high table (seats 8), living area, foosball table (Bonzini), and ping-pong table.

The interior: consists of a 55 m² living room that opens widely onto a second terrace with outdoor seating and an electric awning, a modern open-concept kitchen (La Cornu stove), 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (2x160 and 2x140), a shower room, a full bathroom, three toilets, and a play area with a TV for the children upstairs.

And finally, a covered parking area for two cars with an electric gate and a large laundry room. Wi-Fi is available. End-of-stay cleaning and linens are included in the price. The garden and pool will be maintained during your stay.
