Read a book in the sun porch, or relax the day away in a rocking chair on the wrap around porch. Enjoy the shade on the patio surrounded by trees, or de-stress in the 5 person hot tub! Enjoy evenings next to a propane firepit by the hot tub, or on the lower patio with a Breeo wood firepit (free firewood provided).

The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and place settings for 8 (we entertain here as well). There is a listing of all the appliances provided in the picture section. Many guest entertain for weddings, Thanksgiving, or large family meals while staying.

For the cold and rainy days we provide MANY board games, books, as well as TVs in every bedroom and the living area (Netflix is provided free). There is a classic pinball and retro 60 game arcade console in the Lodge along with kids toys, marbles, and stuffed animals. Kitchen, living room, and outside deck have premium bluetooth sound to stream your favorite tunes without having to bring your own speaker. Our cabin has amenities for all!

Enjoy Wears Valley local shops and food, or take a scenic drive to Townsend, Pigeon Forge, or Gatlinburg via roads that take you there without the heavy tourist traffic.

Plenty of private parking in driveway with access for trailers. Also have a cul-de-sac at foot of property where larger motorhomes and trailers can be parked.

The cabin is decorated cute, kitchen well equipped and beds are comfortable. location is secluded in a neighborhood, but you are surrounded by woods and a walking trail. we saw 5 deer in the property twice. Highly recommend!! All pictures were taken at the cabin.

This is our second stay at this cabin and will continue to rent this in the future. Very nice furnishings, very clean, very well taken care of. Can’t say enough good about this property! I hope future guests continue to take care of it so the owners will continue to rent it.

Beautiful cabin, exceptional decorating. Kitchen is stocked better than most homes. Hottub is easy-to-use and works wonderfully. Had an absolutely wonderful time. Restaurants and shops only blocks away. Melissa excellent at answering questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfy and cozy!

We had a great time at Breezy Bear! The kids loved the games, books and jacuzzi! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and it was just a short ride into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Practically Perfect in Every Way

This is our sixth stay at Breezy Bear. We love it and will never stay anywhere else in the mountains. It is our home away from home. Every detail has been considered for ease and comfort. The setting is beautiful, private surrounded by beautiful woods yet convenient to everything. Book it now!

Perfect Cabin!

We loved staying here. The cabin was very clean and the owner thought of everything imaginable to provide for guests. The location is perfect. Not far from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or Cades Cove. No scary mountain roads. We were able to easily find the property. We will stay here again if we come back!

Home away from Home

We traveled with our mothers and stepfather so having one level was needed. We felt welcome from the moment we pulled into the drive. The home and property are beautiful and the owners have thought of everything you may need for your stay. My favorite spot was the small bench behind the home on the trail. Just so peaceful. You won't be disappointed if you book Breezy Bear for your next stay!

Oh, my...

This is the absolute best property we have ever rented in the 33 years we have been visiting the Smokeys. Sometimes visiting twice a year. Absolutely everything was an A+, cleanliness, comfort and the best stocked rental I've seen. So worth the beautiful drive from Pigeon Forge. The layout of the cabin is stellar also. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. I will recommend this rental to everyone I know from now on.

Exceeded Expectations!

Breezy Bear is everything you'd want in your Smoky Mountain experience! The cabin was secluded but yet close enough to local attractions. It had everything to offer inside and out with the basketball hoop, hot tub & arcade along with the fully stocked kitchen! We felt right at home because it was clean, cozy and comfortable. The owners thought of everything with welcome treats, bottled water, detergent pods and bathroom necessities. They were outstanding in communicating. This cabin exceeded our expectations by far!!!

Spring Break Family Vacation

Five stars all the way!!!! Clean, cozy, beautiful….it felt like coming home every day. Plenty of space for this family of six. Very comfortable beds. The cleanest place I have ever stayed at. So much to do at the cabin- fires, hot tub, corn hole, basketball, exploring the woods, playing the games. I cooked all the meals except two. The kitchen is stocked excellently. The whole place is stocked- if you forgot something at home, the cabin probably has it. I won’t even look for another cabin for our family to stay at. This will be THE ONE!

This was our first VRBO ever and if they all are like this, I should have used VRBO a long time ago. There are 3 bedrooms here - there is a game room that has a set of bunk beds and a regular size bed (not sure if it was a full or a queen as we did not use this room for sleeping) and then another room that has a king size bed. These two rooms share a bathroom. Each of those rooms has a large closet with hangers and plenty of space! The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom. There are 2 sofas in the LR and a 2 person table in the kitchen (which is fully stocked with all the cooking supplies, dishes, and utensils that you will need. There is a 6 person dining room table as well. There is a sun room with daybed and a hot tub outside. There is a speaker in the kitchen as well as out by the hot tub so you can easily connect your phone and enjoy your music as you cook or relax. There are plenty of towels as well as a washer and dryer. There are TVs in each room and Wifi. I did not need anything during my stay, but based on how fast and helpful Melissa was when I asked questions prior to my stay, I feel confident, had I needed anything, she would have taken care of it immediately. This is a great cabin esp for me as a first time VRBO user and this was my first trip to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge.

This is our favorite place to stay!!! It is always clean and comfortable. We like the one level so we are all together. The covered porch is wonderful for those early morning cups of coffee no matter the weather. Melissa is wonderful to work with. The area is nice and the food trucks were great also. Very relaxing and we have stayed several times with Melissa and everything is always nice!! Love it!! Susan

Cabin hidden a little on a very slight hill. Beautiful scenery. Exceptionally Clean. Beautiful Decor. Amenities over and beyond. Because h spacious cabin. Perfect location to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I Loved the water and candy on each bed. I loved the little sign on the counter, welcoming our family to the cabin. Beyond My Expectations

All I can say is WOW! This rental was much more than I had expected. The home is beautiful, and the attention to detail in decorating is impressive. Accommodations were perfect for the 6 of us. Had everything available and then some. Great location. Easy access to touristy or not so touristy stuff. Loved the property. Highly recommend and will definitely rent if in the area again. Family vacation

My husband and our 2 children along with my inlaws stayed for a week at the Breezy Bear. It's a beautiful cabin that was so clean and had everything we could need. Literally if we had just brought clothing, we wouldn't have need a single other thing from home besides some food! The kitchen is fully stocked with more appliances and cookware than in my own kitchen. It was great! Also wonderful communication from the host.

Family Fun

Great property for families! Youngsters enjoyed basketball, video games, plenty of space in the yard. Large well equipped kitchen with plenty of table space and open area for adults to visit. Love the location, easy access to everything but feels secluded. We have stayed at this property at least five times and will be returning!

We are a family owned and operated Cabin. We love this area of the country, and enjoy spending quiet time in the Wears Valley area. Our cabin is our Love, and we want to share it with others so they can build lasting memories with your friends and family.

Why they chose this property

Location is key! While there are many cabin rentals around, ours is easy to get to. We are right off the main road, accessed through a quiet sub-division. This means that even in stormy and snowy weather the cabin is still accessible. No nail biting mountain roads to navigate at night, and still high enough in elevation to have mountain views and cool breezes.

What makes this property unique

Our property is perfect for entertaining. The main living area is an open floorplan, 670 sqft. Cook in the kitchen, enjoy the fire in the living room, and chat with your family at the dining table.... all at the same time! The cabin has a wrap around deck so there is always a spot to pull up a rocking chair and enjoy the outdoors. There is a 380sqft shaded deck area with hot tub and propane fire pit for outdoor gathering. Enjoy the daybed in the sunporch to read a nice book! For the kids there are bunk beds, board games, 58" TVs for gaming, a pinball machine and a classic video game with 60 of the old school favorites..... or they can go outside and explore in the woods. Included with your stay is free access to the Honeysuckle Meadows pool and fishing pond only 7 minutes away. Honeysuckle also has great food available.
