Beautiful family friendly cottage located in the heart of the Great Waters community in Reynolds Lake Oconee. Located on the 9th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Great Waters Golf Course and a very short walk to community amenities: pool, sandy beach, marina, tennis courts and Great Waters clubhouse. The entire house has been renovated with many upgrades: heated floor in Master Bath, new hardwood floors throughout the main floor, new bar area with wine cooler, new stainless steel appliances, a screened in porch accessible from the family room, the dining area and the Master Suite and much more. Come and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on our screened in porch overlooking the 9th fairway! All new furniture throughout the entire home. Our cottage is easily accessible to Ritz Carlton Lodge (15 minute by land or by water) and surrounded by 5 legendary golf courses (designed by Tom Fazio, Jack Nicklaus, Reese Jones, and Bob Cupp).

Relax in one of three spacious bedrooms each with new large flatscreen TV's. Master Suite with bathroom ensuite including separate shower with multiple shower heads, king bed and sitting area with screened porch access located on the main level. Two upstairs bedrooms include one with 2 queen beds; one with 2 full beds and each bedroom has its own bathroom ensuite (one with bath and shower combination and the other with a separate shower).

Open concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining. Bar area has separate sink and a wine refrigerator to chill your favorite wines! Fully stocked kitchen, separate dining area comfortably seats 8 people with bar area seating 3 additional people. The family room area is cozy and inviting with a fire place with gas logs. This home has wireless internet and smart TVs with YouTube TV Live. There is a gas grill located just outside the back deck.

Yaya Sisters’ 80th BDay Weekend!

Our group of six ladies have been friends since 2004. We go somewhere to catch up and unwind annually. This beautiful home and location was perfect for a 3 hour drive for everyone, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Our hostess, Kathleen, was so friendly and helpful, and generous with personal touches around the home, making it feel so warm and comfy. We are ready to plan next year ASAP, and will be referring this beautiful place. Excellent Stay!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my daughters 50th BD🎉 The house was just what we expected! Beautifully decorated and very clean. Great place to relax. House on golf course, sat on porch enjoying the peaceful view. We rented a pontoon boat at Wild Water, short 10 minute drive away. Boat was great, people very friendly . Fun being on the lake cruising looking at all the beautiful homes. Highly recommend this lovely home!

Wonderful property in VERY convenient location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kathleen's property. We've been to the great waters area before and found it very accommodating for our young family. Its a 3 min walk to the little beach, the lake docks and the pool, not to mention the picturesque hole #9 out the back door. The house itself was very spacious and accomodated our family of 5 very well. It could easily house two families with the way it is setup. Very clean and tidy with charm. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and might be back again next year!

Beautiful Property

This was our first stay in this area and it is so peaceful and relaxing. You can see the lake from the house and it's only a 3-5 minute walk with a path going along the lake as well as boat docks where you can sit. Tennis courts are a 3 minute walk from the house. We rode bikes, walked, walked, walked and just enjoyed our family. Kathleen was very helpful with all of our questions and even booked my son and husband a tee time. The area is beautiful and the house is great!

Tidy, Comfy Retreat

We had a lovely time having morning coffee on the screened in porch overlooking the golf course. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there’s a well equipped kitchen. It’s a very comfortable house and there are lots of golf/lake activities in the area. Very peaceful and quiet street and an excellent location close to shopping and golf, and lake activities.
