The house of 150m2 including a living room kitchen open on 80 m2. A plot of 1000m2 with a view of the organic vineyard of St Clement
A children's playground and swimming pool for adults and children secured by an alarm.
- 1 bedroom with dressing room and walk-in shower, TV and pool view, bed 140cm.
- 1 bedroom with loft bed and a bz 2 people
- 1 room with 1 sofa bed 2 persons
- 1 bathroom upstairs With bath and sink double basin, wc.
- in the living room you have a sofa bed 2 people in 160cm.
- in the house you will have the opportunity to enjoy a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker nespresso, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer.
- in the living room dining table 6 to 8 seats + island of 3 seats, TV 120cm, dvd player and hi-fi. 2 sofa opposite.
- WIRELESS
- on the terrace a table with 10 to 12 people under a pergola of canisse. Plancha and barbecue.
For reservations a deposit of 30% will be requested.
Deposit: 1000 € by check or other means of payment on arrival of holidaymakers and will be returned upon departure.
