About this property

This is a brand new home - just finished in May!

We can accommodate 10 people comfortabl.

The home has been fully furnished with all brand new amenities and furniture throughout including a washer/ dryer, new fridge with crushed ice and water facilities, dish washer, coffee maker, fully stocked silverware and dishware (optional paper plates/ cups etc) and a large flat screened TV.

The master bedroom has a separate bathroom with a large corner tub for you to enjoy and separate standing shower. There are also 2 other bathrooms within the home with tub/ showers in each.

The property is fully secure with an electric gate (code available prior to arrival) Please note that the drive way curves around the property so the back is facing the road side and the front door in towards the back fence.

Only 30 miles down Bell Vista Rd to Death Valley. Local attractions include the winery and race track.

We had a great stay here. Dave's home is large and comfortable, there was plenty of space where we could work remotely and relax. We especially enjoyed the huge bathtub and lovely thick, soft towels after a days hiking in Death Valley. Death Valley is only 1 hours drive away and the drive to the major shops is only 5-10 mins, so a very convenient location. Dave is a great host, and responded quickly to any questions.

Garbage disposal was broken. We asked for it to be fixed he said he could not have somebody come out until Monday, we checked out Monday morning. and then blamed me for breaking his disposal, all 3 of the toilet seats were super loose. My children my husband and myself Slid off of them. We took our shoes off at the front door to be respectful and then ended up stepping on stickers that wad in the carpet and tax strips multiple times throughout the house. And the steps coming into the house, the front and back are not safe for people to be walking up-and-down the back.\n Steps are not even attached to the building. There's a big gap
