So happy that you enjoyed your stay at the Ritz Carlton Club, St. Thomas! We agree that it is lovely, but I am distressed to learn that your bed wasn't as comfortable as it should have been and we have reported this to management. The kitchen is equipped with food preparation equipment (bowls, pans, pots, etc.) as well as plates, bowls, utensils, glasses, etc. There is a roll paper towels to begin your stay but any additional items are to be purchased at the discretion of the guest. It is a great suggestion, though, and we will pass this along as well! Hope that you were able to take advantage of the many pools, spa, water sports and restaurants at the resort. We truly appreciate you trusting your vacation to Concierge Realty!

We do understand your frustration with the seaweed situation, and our position remains unchanged and consistent with our previous conversations and disclaimers. Seaweed is a natural occurrence and, unfortunately, is completely outside of anyone’s control. As a gesture of good faith, we communicated with the Ritz-Carlton on your behalf. The resort responded by providing options to use alternative beaches and arranging a complimentary shuttle service. They also advised that they were working directly with you to address your concerns. We appreciate your understanding and hope you were still able to enjoy your stay.
