Very spacious cabin with large shaded back deck and very private wooded lot for peaceful porch sitting and hot tub time. Lots of thoughtful touches, including spa toiletries in the bath and snacks in the kitchen. Perfect for a romantic getaway!

Everything was excellent. Location couldn’t have been better as we were close to all attractions. Caught off guard that the owner stays on the above property and we were beneath them but you wouldn’t know they were there. 10 outta 10

Okay, full disclosure. We’re a couple in the “silver hair” age strata. So, we want and expect comfort, quietness, cleanliness and safety. You get all that and more with Karen’s cabin, Down Under. This was our second visit and we’re already talking about our “next time”.

This is the second time my husband and I stayed at this property for our anniversary. We find the atmosphere relaxing here. The hot tub is perfect for the two of us. We love the shower. Really nice of the host to leave little things to get you started. We always forget laundry detergent. Make sure to lock your doors as there are bears. They got into the trash almost every day. lolThe only downside is the parking is a little steep for my liking. You can always park at the top of the drive though. Highly recommend this stay.

Normally 'Roxy the bear wrangler' will scare them away but we were away and they knew it! I hope they did not impact your stay negatively. For flat land lovers the driveway can be a worry, but there is always the option to park on the flat part at the top. You are most welcome any time.

All items as promised and published! The cabin was spotless, all furnishings and equipment was in tip top shape and the natural surrounding of the forest was beautiful! The hot tub was nice to relax in after a full day at Dollywood! The cute Australian knick knacks complimented the Smoky mountain theme beautifully! Host was wonderful and informative! Absolutely a great stay and my first VRBO experience!
