Adorable 3bedroom, 3 bath condo waiting for you!

Charming adorable 3 bedroom, 3 bath is waiting for your stay at Ole Miss. An easy walk at only 1.3 miles from campus and 3.4 miles to the Square located off Old Taylor. All bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs and one bathroom is located downstairs. Master bedroom has a California king bed and the guest bedrooms have full/queen beds. This is a corner unit and no one above you. Also comes with covered parking. This is a no smoking condo and no pets please. Hope you enjoy your stay at the Velvet Ditch!

Egg Bowl/Thanksgiving
This condo was perfect for our Egg Bowl/Thanksgiving stay. My son is a sophomore at State and I went to Ole Miss, so we were happy to have such nice accommodations for our rivalry Thanksgiving :) They had everything we needed and more. The location is perfect to get anywhere quickly. We will definitely rent again!

Perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay. We had 4 adults and 2 children and 1 teenager. We were able to sleep everyone comfortably and the 3 full baths really helped. We were also very close to the GameDay shuttle parking. Would stay again. I would recommend bringing bottled water unless you want to drink tap.

Why they chose this property

While there is so many properties to choose from we liked the covered parking. Weather is unpredictable, and with a corner lot and covered parking you can early tailgate or grill out after the games rain or shine.
