Located hillside in the exciting area of Turtle Cove, Providenciales, the studio is close to several excellent restaurants, cafes, bars, a casino, and a marina. Most notably, the studio is a 10 minute walks to Smith's Reef in the Princess Alexandra Park National beach. Smith’s Reef is located near Turtle Cove on the north coast of Providenciales, and about 3.5 miles (5.6 km) from Grace Bay

A newly renovated unit with a private balcony with views of not only the pool, but also the breathtaking north shore of the island . The unit boasts a queen size bed, queen sized sofa bed, stand up shower, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, LCD TV with cable, free WIFI, A/C with ceiling fans, beach towels, fresh linens, and a European washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully completely equipped with a full size refrigerator, pots, pans, oven, and stove, etc. Cleaning included in nightly rate. 🌴☀️

Perfect getaway

My husband and I recently stayed in this condo. Beautiful setting, easy access to several good restaurants and the beach. In my opinion, best location in the island. Quiet beach just steps away, just a short ride to the busier part of town. Loved it❣️

Very clean, large unit.

This unit was very large for an efficiency style unit. It was very clean and had almost everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The bed, sheets and linens were very nice. There were even beach towels and extra towels provided. My wife and I enjoyed sitting out on the very large balcony overlooking the pool every evening. The only improvement I would make would be to include a dresser to store your clothes, updated beach chairs and umbrella, and a cooler with a handle. The unit itself was very nice inside. Wall the wall tile, nice fixtures, and an updated kitchen. The resort itself was super quiet almost no one ever used the pool, and we passed very few people throughout the week. I will warn you if you don't like stairs you should not rent here. The island itself was absolutely beautiful. Snorkeling right off of our beach was great. But you should take more money than you think you'll spend, this place is expensive. Overall I would go back tomorrow, we hated to leave. I hope you enjoy your trip as much as my wife and I did.

This property was perfect for my Turks and Caicis trip. The host was pleasant and warm. Very helpful throughout the whole stay. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The property is very clean and safe. They have security every evening who are friendly but very attentive. The location is great, near grace bay beach and many restaurants and even a grocery store! I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

The studio is as nice as the pictures and is a very large unit for a studio. It is in good shape with a comfy bed and very nice furnitures and fixtures. Turtle Cove is a very convenient area if you have a rental car as the Bight Park reef is only 5 minute drive away, Smiths reef is only 3 minutes away, Grace Bay area is about 10 minutes away, and Soapadilla Bay is 15 minutes away. I recommend getting a rental car as it would be a long walk to the beaches from the unit. In addition, if you ask nicely rental car companies will give you a prepaid cell phone. It comes in handy because some dinner places require reservations which you need to call for in advance. La Vista Azul is a nice complex with great views of the water from the balcony. You can even see the sunset if you look west from the balcony. I didn’t use the pools but they are very nice and I recommend going by the Gelato shop in the front to La Vista Azul (keep in mind they close Aug-Oct). The Gelato owner also walks by Grace Bay beach selling gelato out of a cart (usually between 12:30-1:30 pm). There is plenty of parking at the condominium and you can even park under the building but be warned they are tight parking spots. It is second floor but because of the underground parking, it is like 3 floors of stairs. I recommend always parking in the back of the unit because it is the least amount of stairs to climb. The key code door made it easy to get in and out and not have to keep up with a key. The kitchen is large for a studio and has everything you need. There are plenty of pots and pans and we used them to cook breakfast. The bed is comfortable and the couch is comfortable as well. The TV lists like 75+ channels but we only found about 25 that worked. The unit has a washer and dryer, which is great for cleaning bathing suits and beach towels. They have long cycles so it takes 6-8 hours to wash and dry towels, which you should keep in mind. We tended to run it overnight or in the morning. The bathroom is nice and the shower is nice with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. There is a 75° rule on the AC that I was a bit put off by, but it turned out to be a good temperature for the unit and it didn’t end up bothering me at all. If you get cold there is a blanket in the hallway closet. I liked having beach chairs and umbrellas. You need to dig very deep in the sand for the umbrella to stay put. Jason was easy to work with.

We spent a month at this unit and enjoyed every minute with the beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. the few minor hiccups, that always can come up, were dealt with by Jason quickly and professionally. Absolutely the most perfect place to stay in Turtle Cove! Couldn’t have asked for better!

It’s always tough when you travel to know what you will get once you actually arrive. But the detailed information from Christian, the easily reachable messages from both airport departure til arrival was spectacular. The studio was just better than we could have imagined. It made this trip so incredibly special. “When” we return to TCI, we will definitely be calling him up to find out if this beautiful place is available again. Just truly stunning view and getting around town with a car, it was just the perfect base of operations for exploring this amazing island. The marina nearby has enough restaurants and food, and the beach is really not that far a walk and was a lovely little stroll actually. The reef is nearby and Grace Bay honestly is a good long walk but with the views out here, it really is a beautiful little journey. The pools here and the ice cream parlor were lovely. And just overall a memorable timeless vacation made all the better from the very start with Christian and this beautiful beautiful studio. We will think about this place for years to come. Thanks so much for the great hospitality and tips and instructions which were easy to follow. This place was one for the ages!

Beautiful apartment with great location

This place was wonderful! The apartment had a full kitchen where we cooked breakfast and lunch everyday and a great view of grace bay and the pool. We walked to the beach every day and in the evenings walked to one of the many great restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend and we will stay here when we come back.

Great place to stay!

La Vista Azul was a nice, relaxing spot away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. There were beach chairs and beach towels that were such a convenience to heading out to the Bight Beach for the day. The location was a 5 minute walk to the marina, which had a few different restaurants to choose from. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we can't wait to visit again!

Perfect location!

This studio suite was perfect! It was a quite complex, with 2 pools that were never busy. The view from the balcony is amazing. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had all utensils and pots and pans we needed for our stay. Check in was super easy as long as you follow the instructions given. The only complaint I can think of is that the sheets, pillows and blankets for the sofa bed were musty smelling. I had to wash the sheets and put the pillows in the dryer to freshen the scent. The location was perfect, it was in the middle of the island so getting around with a car was easy. Also it's away from the main tourist area of Grace Bay which we enjoyed. Would definitely recommend Christian's rental and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in TCI at Las Vista Azul

The condo was excellent on the second floor of building #2 overlooking Turtle Cove and the Atlantic Ocean. Condo was clean and everything worked perfectly. Lots of parking for the car at the rear of the building. I would have given this resort the 5 star rating it deserves but there was a huge issue getting to the room on arrival which is really not the condo's problem. As per the instructions given to me by Christian to use the rear entrance on arrival, I passed this information onto our cab driver who immediately refused to go there and said he would drop us at the front entrance which he did. With heavy bags my wife and I struggled to climb the 114 stairs to the level of our condo and we also had the assistance of one of the room cleaners. Only after exploring the resort did we find there was an elevator at the rear entrance to the underground parking which went directly to our floor which would have saved our backs and a half hour of our holiday time. The cab driver only had one other fare and the trip to the rear would not have taken any more time than to drop us off at the front of the resort. Other than this issue the trip and our condo were terrific and I would not hesitate to stay at La Vista Azul on my return visit.

Okay experience but could use improvement

The condo was located in a convenient part of provo and we enjoyed the space especially the balcony. There is a gym on site and also washer/dryer in unit although there was no laundry detergent. Docking one star for uncomfortable bed and another star for owner banning us from changing the temperature on the thermostat. When we arrived, the temperature in the room was freezing and I emailed the owner to see if we can turn it up a few degrees but I never got a response so we pretty much froze.

Amazing Resort with an even better island!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and it was such an amazing choice! The resort was beautiful, had the best Gelato shop, and had everything we needed and more! The room was clean, spacious, open, and the view was outstanding. It was a quiet and peaceful walk to the beach, we basically had private beach access being on this side of the island and I would not have wanted it to be any different! We tried a new restaurant for dinner every night and we loved every place we went! I would recommend this room to anyone!

New appliances,the kitchen was fully stocked.Extras like beach umbrellas and chairs and a cooler to bring to the beach were great to have. Nice bathroom large shower.Nice view overlooking the pool and ocean, which is a 7 min walk away. 4 restaurants and a coffee shop a few minutes walk.Would highly recommend. Really liked Mango Reef. Went to Kalookis on our last day,good food reasonably priced drinks,fun place on the beach.

Beautiful Property

This property is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic view and very clean! Christian is extremely responsive to emails, texts, etc. As others stated, you really need to rent a car as the property is a very long walk if you want to go to the Grace Bay area. It is worth getting a car and driving around the island! There are a number of great beaches, not just Grace Bay Beach. Sapodilla Beach and Chalk Sound are worth the drive. One thing to know is that you need to bring any toiletries with you - shampoo, bar soap, etc. are not provided and like everything on the island, are very expensive! Only one roll of toilet paper provided for 8 days! Only one washcloth total for the kitchen/bath. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay there again.

Amazing views. Great place to wake up in the Morning.

Property was real clean. Instructions were clear and exact. Car rental company was more expensive but had more to offer than the big brand companies. We walked to the fish fry on Thursday which was awesome. Location was good for accessing Smiths reef and some restaurants without a car. Car was a nice luxury to explore the other beaches and areas. We look forward to returning!

LVA delivers a Blue Vista

My wife and I stayed at LVA in mid May and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We spent as much time as we could in the beautiful waters surrounding Smith's Reef, looking at grouper by day, and eating it by night. Our condo was perfect for us, as we could get down to the water easily to snorkel each morning. The property is well cared for and our studio overlooked Turtle Cove. We ate our breakfast and lunch there at the condo and went out to dinner each night. The marina has some good restaurants that are easy to walk to from the room. We found ourselves at Shark Bite and Tiki Hut for close eating and Mr. Groupers and Kalooki's for casual dining elsewhere. We enjoyed the pool at the condo and had it to ourselves most of the time. The unit had everything we needed and was comfortable. This is our third visit to Provo and we have stayed in a different place each time. I would say this has been our favorite of the three and would love to come again sometime.

EXCELLENT STAY: Beautiful View

What a great vacation. This apartment has an AMAZING VIEW!!! This spacious Studio was perfect for my husband and I. The apartment was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, and it was great having a washer/dryer. We enjoyed many meals on the balcony. Resort is very nice and well maintained. The pool was nice and warm. Shopping at Iga (5 min. Drive) or at Smart a bit further, but better pricing. The beautiful beach ( aprox. 8 min. walk) . Some Restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. We rented a car on various occasions at SCOOTER BOBS (a few minutes walk from resort). Great place! Thanks Amos. Our contact Christian always responded quickly and answered all our questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again .

Great Value!

The condo most definitely exceeded our expectations. The entire complex was very well kept. Kitchen was fully equipped. Washer and dryer worked great. Bed was comfortable. The whole place was very, very clean. Christian provided excellent customer service, and answered all questions I had--with very quick responses. Internet and tv worked great. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance of the condo, which we enjoyed all of the restaurants we tried on the island. If we ever return to Provo, we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay at La Vista Azul.

Our studio at La Vista Azul was perfect for my husband and I. Clean and quiet with lovely furnishings, well supplied kitchen, washer and dryer. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas in the unit. Resort was nice, hot tub and two pools and convenient location to Grace Bay area. Good options for restaurants around Turtle Cove as well. Good internet and plenty of TV stations. One comment is that the shower stall could use a good scrubbing with bleach. Tile, grout and water equal mold. Otherwise the place was spotless. I recommend folks use the rear entrance to bring luggage in and out of Building 2 - go through the garage to access elevator easily. I definitely recommend La Vista Azul!

The studio was great,with the best view we ever had on the island.

I would highly recommend this studio at the LA vista azul .the gronds are beautiful and the staff there are great. There was 24 hour security that was great. A elevator that made it nice to get to your room. Two pools and a jacuzzi that were nice. There were great restaurants close and a good snorkeling beach also.
