PROVO PARADISE - Junior CondoSuite

Hi, my name is Paul, and welcome to Provo Paradise!

I take pride in making your stay at my vacation home as comfortable as if you were in your own.

La Vista Azul (LVA) is located in the Turtle Cove community, which is part of the Lower Bight area at the west end of beautiful Grace Bay. Turtle Cove is anchored by the local marina for tours and fishing, Smith's Reef for snorkeling and scuba diving, excellent restaurants and, of course, the world class Grace Bay beach.

The veranda in your Suite is my favourite living area! You have 130 square feet of covered outdoor area, with another 240 square feet of private, open space for drying off from a trip to the pool, reading a book, or just taking in the sunrise and breathing clean and breezy ocean air.

It is about a 6-minute walk to the beach, or to the furthest restaurant from your front door. There is no point in rushing because you will make yourself even hotter! Island-time is a true thing! You may feel like you are waiting longer for service, or to get somewhere, but just remember that the service professionals and workers on the island want to keep as cool as you also want to be!

Relax, take some deep breaths, and take in the peaceful atmosphere around you.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please check out by 11:00am, your check out time, so that we have sufficient time to clean for our next guests!

Please close the door, and press the Lock button as you check out.

Door entry codes will be sent to you in the VRBO app about a day before your trip.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

If you wear TANNING BRONZERS, please bring YOUR OWN LINENS as these orange stains will incur additional fees. Mother Nature's tan is best.

Please turn off all lights & TV when you leave your Suite. Electricity on Provo is '5x' the average cost paid in the USA or Canada!

If evidence of Smoking inside the condos is determined, an additional cleaning fee of $200 per Suite will be charged to your account.

Overall excellent! Good communication with host. Everything same as pictured. Very well stocked kitchen and all the beach equipment you could ask for. As mentioned by others it was a little warm for sleeping but we didn't mess with the thermostat, we just turned on the ceiling fan in the bedroom and it was fine. We appreciated that everything was labeled from the switches to the kitchen cabinets. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Paradise in paradise

We had an amazing time at Provo Paradise. The accommodations were clean and comfortable for our family of four. Location was close to great snorkeling. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves most of the time. Good restaurants also nearby. The host was very responsive when we had questions and gave lots of good tips ahead of time for the local area.

Great Confo

This was a wonderful condo for my spouse and me. It was clean, well maintained fully stocked with anything you would need and quiet. We used the pool everyday, which was mainly empty. We liked exploring different beaches on the island so this was a great location in the middle of everything. All in all, great stay at La Vista Azul! Thank you,

Great stay

Condo was as advertised, beautiful, clean, everything that we needed was there, plus. Great location, walking distance to great restaurants. The only drawback that may effect others is the a/c is set at 75 and there is no changing it. So if you overheat or are cold it may be a problem. It was fine for us after we got used to it. Would differently recommend and go back.

A great place to stay!

We had a great time on our vacation. The views from this property are amazing! We really enjoyed the heated salt water pool that was very close to the condo. The unit was well stocked and clean. Paul was very responsive and Janet, the contact on the island, was great. The only thing I’d advise is that the bedroom doesn’t have a door to separate it from the hallway. But there are plenty of doors in the hallway from closets that you can open to wall off the bedroom so to speak. This was import at for us as we brought our 4 year old. This building is pretty close to everything. And we liked that it wasn’t in the super tourist areas but was close by.

Clean an as described

Communication with owner left much to be desired . Lost first 2 nights sleep due to temperature rising to 78 degrees ( thermostat set to rise when no motion in apt ) way too hot . Won’t be returning . Cheaper than most places but I’d rather pay more .

Hello Laura, I'm sorry you feel this way about our booking, as we have solid 5* guest reviews across different platforms. On your first day at the complex, I returned your phone call within 18 minutes when you could not find the gate entry code that was sent to you within your introductory messages. Regarding your complaint about indoor temperature, I answered your telephone call, and you said that you had found password-protected areas. I immediately reset the thermostat to normal programming, and everything was then better as I did not hear anything further from you. The nighttime setback temperature, however, still rose when no motion was detected. That aspect did not change, and I presume you were comfortable for the remainder of your holiday. All guests have the ability to change the normal thermostat programming, which I believe you were doing. I understand the stress associated with renting properties, and for this reason I make sure that I have excellent track records in communicating with my guests. It is usually the first thing a guest states in a review. Regarding your comment about my poor communication skills, I apologize if you feel that you did not receive 5-star replies from me, even though both of your challenges were resolved within minutes. Originally from the UK, I have lived in Canada since I was ten years old. I love the Turks and Caicos, especially Provo, and make it my holiday destination as much as I can. I am also an avid pickleball player, and enjoy the outdoor courts at the Sportsplex in Provo!

We want to reach five stars for all of your vacation rental requirements, and we have done so on other vacation rental platforms! If we are missing the mark on something, then please let us know right away. We will quickly attend to your concerns, or, we would be just as happy to hear that everything looks wonderful! Cleanliness is not a luxury, but an expectation, and we would never ask our guests to accept something that we would not.

Why they chose this property

Turtle Cove is a unique neighborhood in Providenciales. Even if you are staying with us for 5 days, you would get to learn other people's names and faces as you frequent the half dozen restaurants and bars within the community.

It is a very friendly community, and whether you make it social or not is entirely up to you. Some guests prefer to unwind in the solitude of their suite, veranda and rooftop pool. Others prefer to chat with the barflys, bartenders, guests and staff of one of the many restaurants around them, walk the beach, and learn of their experiences on the island.

Instead of acquiring a property that was modern, square, and small, we loved the Mediterranean styling of La Vista Azul. The terracotta roof tile, and stepped design of the complex built into the hillside ensures that every single level has a view! Rooftop pools built with travertine tile round out an incredible experience at costs far less than those 5 minutes away, in the downtown area of Grace Bay Beach.
