Magnificent apartment of 75m2 + 20m2 of terrace facing south and very bright, located 25 m from the beach and with direct access to the sea, it is not necessary to take the car for anything, Internet connection-Wifi by symmetrical fiber maximum speed of 1GB upload / download, in the apartment itself and also in the pool (The apartment's Wi-Fi signal reaches the pool without problem). It consists of 2 separate bedrooms (with a 1.50m double bed with a quality mattress), a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, independent air conditioning in each of the rooms of the house and wooden floors throughout the apartment.
Wonderful 20m terrace equipped with all the necessary garden furniture to enjoy the sun and the sensational climate of Marbella, with direct access to the garden and the pools (1st line of apartments, there is no other apartment in front, only the beach).
LED TV in the living room and another smaller TV in the main bedroom, satellite TV with channels in English-French-German-Dutch-Italian-Danish-Russian...Etc.
The development is a gated community with private parking, large tropical gardens, 5 swimming pools, 3 for adults and 2 for children; private security, optional gym, children's area, sun terrace, etc.
IF YOU WANT, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH ACCESS TO A HEATED POOL-SAUNA-GYM IN THE SPORTS CLUB LOCATED 90M FROM THE APARTMENT. THIS HAS AN ADDITIONAL COST OF €50 PER PERSON

Located on one of the best beaches in Marbella and the entire Costa del Sol (Playa Perla Blanca or also Playa de la Vibora) with natural sand, where children can swim safely (it has no rocks and there are no slopes when entering the sea) this beach has direct access from the same complex.
About 150m from the famous Niki beach and the Marriott hotel. In one of the best natural areas of Marbella, surrounded by golf courses, pine forests, mountains and very close to the Cabo Pino marina.
About 300m away you have everything: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, health centre, hardware stores, banks, cocktail bars...etc.
The apartment is located about 15 km from Puerto Banús and the Marbella casino.
It has a beach bar (El Laurel) just 50m away, supermarkets and shops less than 300m away. In less than 10 minutes by car you can be in the historic centre of Marbella.
The beach has water sports activities such as windsurfing, jet skis, kayaking...etc.
In less than 10 minutes by car you can be in the center of Marbella and in 40 minutes in the center of Malaga where you can enjoy the Picasso Museum, the Thyssen Museum, La Alcazaba, Cathedral...etc.

Great condo, halfway between Malaga and Marbella, easy drive to Ronda and connections to Granada. Plenty of options for food and could hear the waves from the bedroom. Owner was great at answering questions and communicating with us.

Everything Fantastic!!!

We had the most amazing holiday here, the apartment and the location were perfect! Our flight was earlier than check in so Blanca let us store our cases while we chilled by the pool! Apartment has everything you could need for a short holiday stay. The owners are lovely and super helpful and are quick to answer any questions you may have and always offer great recommendations of where to go! The best part is the location! It is literally a stone’s throw from the beach! You have quick access from a back gate in the garden which takes you straight onto the sandy beaches where you will find many beach clubs and great restaurants! Had a wonderful stay! Exceeded our expectations.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had everything you needed to spend some very good days of rest. It is a very quiet apartment right next to the pool and with wifi that goes very fast and without interruptions, it has free parking within the urbanization which is very important to us. The location is fantastic right next to a quiet beach without stones. Without a doubt one of the best apartments we have been to in Marbella taking into account the price and quality.

Lovely apartment

My daughter and I stayed in this lovely 2 bedroom apartment (each with a shower room and separate toilet which is very useful especially for a family of 4) in May 2019. It is very comfortable and well equipped. It is a stones throw away from the gorgeous beach and the beach bar is fabulous for food and pre dinner drinks try the fish and king prawn kebabs! We had an ant issue (where doesn’t in Spain) and Jose was quick to come round with insect repellent etc.... would definitely recommend if you are coming to Elveria.

Quiet complex beachfront

The location was great if you want a quiet beachfront resort type experience. The apartment is on the bottom floor so no beach view or sitting area as portrait in the pictures but there is a nice table to eat on and has a washer and rack outside . The apartment is convenient for two couples or family. The host were very quick to respond to any request . The area is about 20 mins by bus to Marbella town . We did take the bus and train to visit other areas but if you mind the commuting it does take some consideration as it’s long if you don’t have a car . We liked the area for the market and restaurants options but there’s no nightlife if that’s want you want . We didn’t so it was fine and actually nice to return to a quiet area after the hustle of other towns . The pool is amazing and the beach too. We didn’t take the gym option as it’s in a small closed room and not to inviting . All in all I recommend the apartment if you want a nice place beachfront and don’t mind the commute and the terrace without a view . Description is pretty accurate but it is not in Marbella but Elveria .

Het appartement is op de begane grond, dus er is geen stand of zee zicht. . wel een paar meter lopen vanaf het strand. Verder een heel fijn schoon en mooi appartement, de eigenaren zijn heel behulpzaam en aardig. Persoonlijk vind ik wel dat je een auto nodig hebt. Er rijd een bus, maar daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Very comfortable apartment

Great location to beach and amenities, unfortunately the unprecedented weather limited our adventures in the community. Good thing that the apartment had great internet and satellite TV which kept us entertained during the rainy weather. Blanca and Jose were great hosts, they met us at the apartment upon arrival and and gave us a thorough introduction to the apartment. Communication was great and always timely.

Die Zimmer zum Strand echt ruhig. Hunde kann man auch zum Frühstück mitnehmen. Dusche sehr groß und sauber, auch das Dop.-Bett. Die Garage sehr groß. In der Nähe sehr gute Restaurants um mittags essen zu gehen.
