Main Level — Full Bed — Convenient sleeping space on the main level.
Loft — Queen Bed — Cozy elevated sleeping area accessed by a ladder. The ladder access may not be suitable for all guests.
Bonus Studio — Queen Platform Bed — Separate sleeping space with a Smart TV and private exterior entrance. The studio is not accessed from inside the main home.
Bathrooms — Two full bathrooms serve the home, including a newly remodeled main bathroom, with bathrooms positioned across the home’s levels.


OUTDOOR LIVING
This is where The Tree Fort really earns its name. Multiple forest-view decks create spaces for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, BBQ dinners and evenings beneath the redwood canopy. Watch a movie on the outdoor TV, gather around the gas fire table or slip into the private hot tub for a soak beneath the stars. An enclosed yard adds another useful outdoor space for guests traveling with dogs.

Important: The Tree Fort is a unique 2.5-story home with several distinct levels. The Queen loft is accessed by a ladder, and the separate bonus studio can only be entered from outside the main home. While the property sits in an elevated redwood setting, there are no stairs from the parking area to the home’s entry.

Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
The yard is enclosed.
Dogs must be crated if left unattended.

⏱ CHECK-IN DETAILS
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
