Magnifiques Vacances à Vert Bois

Séjour de 2 semaines en juillet 2024. Location tout à fait conforme aux descriptif de l'annonce. Accueil et interaction avec la représentante des propriétaires, excellent. Personne très réactive, ponctuelle et agréable. Location avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer de très belles vacances. Mer à 12 min à pieds. Plage de sable magnifique. Location très calme et installée en pleine nature. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location.

bon choix

Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour allée des Piverts (Avail). La maison est calme, bien conçue et bien située pour aller à la plage en cheminant à travers la forêt domaniale, de même que pour visiter l'île.

Maison très agréable

Jolie maison, bien équipée, propre, beau jardin à l’avant et jolie cour à l’arrière. Des jeux à disposition : baby-foot, terrain de pétanque, fléchettes. Environnement très calme. Seul petit inconvénient pour les plus petits, les escaliers sont un peu périlleux. Merci

Gîte agréable

Gite sympathique, cour intérieure avec espace repas très agréable. L'emplacement est calme et à proximité de la plage (15/20 minutes à pied), chemin en grande partie dans la forêt. Le gîte est bien équipé, attention par contre pour les personnes âgées, il y a des escaliers assez raides pour monter aux chambres. Les espaces extérieurs sont vastes et sécurisés pour les enfants. Je recommande cette location pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille. Le propriétaire est très disponible et sympathique.

Maison très accueillante

Maison très accueillante, très bien équipée et très bien organisée. La déco artistique nous a tout de suite plongée dans l'ambiance de l'île. La maison est située à proximité des plages de Vert-Bois, Grand Village et de la forêt. L'accueil a été sympathique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Maison de vacances idéale pour le repos

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances à l'île d'Oléron dans cette jolie maison bien pensée pour des vacances reposantes. Le propriétaire a pensé à tout ce qu'il faut ... tout est bien organisé, bien rangé, avec une belle déco bord de mer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la belle terrasse couverte où nous y avons pris quasiment tous nos repas. Nous y étions comme dans un petit cocon avec ce bel Olivier et les transats pour les moments lecture et détente. Le baby-foot a été très apprécié pour des parties de fou-rire en famille ! Merci également au propriétaire et ses délicates attentions à notre arrivée (petit mot de bienvenue accompagné de petites galettes d'Oléron, une bouteille d'eau fraîche, une bouteille de pineau très appréciés ainsi qu'une petite corbeille avec le nécessaire pour s'installer avant de faire les courses... papier toilette, éponge, pastille lessive...). Un grand merci à Carène pour son accueil, sa gentillesse, son sourire et sa disponibilité. Tout était réuni pour des vacances parfaites ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir haben 2 tolle Urlaubswochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer kleinen Einfahrt mit freiem Blick auf die Umgebung. Gleichzeitig ist man in wenigen Minuten an dem tollen, langen Sandstrand. Das Haus ist geräumig und super ausgestattet - wir haben quasi einen komplett ausgestatteten Haushalt vorgefunden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Verwalterin vor Ort war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Persönliches Highlight war der Kicker, der in heißen Nachmittagsstunden eine tolle Beschäftigung in kühler Umgebung geboten hat. On y a passé deux semaines de vacances fantastiques. La location est située au calme au fond d’une petite ruelle - avec une belle vue sur des prés et des voisins sympas. Simultanément, la plage de Vertbois est accessible en quelques minutes. La maison est spacieuse et super bien équipée – on y a trouvé un ménage complet. Le contact avec le propriétaire et la gardienne était chaleureux et facile. L’aspect original était le baby-foot dont on a pas mal profité pendant la chaleur des après-midis.

Maison calme, très agréable et bien située, proche des plages

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable avec nos petits-enfants. Carène est très prévenante à l'accueil. Les équipements sont nombreux et en très bon état. La cour est sécurisée et en fait un lieu de détente. L'espace extérieur couvert nous a permis d'y prendre tous nos repas. L'espace jeux avec le baby foot a été très prisé. A revenir...

Une maison familiale à proximité de la plage.

Une maison oléronaise située au calme et à 15 minutes à pied d'une belle plage par un chemin de fougères et pins. Bel et vaste extérieur constitué d'un agréable patio agrémenté d'un olivier, à l'abri du vent, et d'un jardin ayant vue sur un vaste pré.

Maison idéale de vacances idéales

Maison très bien située à l'orée de la forêt, point de départ rêvé pour les balades à vélo ou pour accéder à différentes plages (Vert-bois, Allassins, ...). Environnement calme et reposant. Maison très bien équipée, on a manqué de rien !
