This bright and airy contemporary house is on exclusive East Lake Drive in Montauk. Water view meets sunset from our large deck. Build a cozy bonfire and roast s'mores on our property by the lake and enjoy the most beautiful star-studded Montauk sky!
This great family home has plenty of space including: 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a sun-drenched open-floor plan with living room, dining room (seats 10), fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and beautiful cathedral ceiling. Plenty of natural light and air with 10 skylights and 6 sets of sliding patio doors. It's an upside-down house with the living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bath with a shower, and a half bath on the second floor. The kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes, bowls, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, blender, two coffee makers (Keurig and Cuisinart drip), and spices. The first floor has three bedrooms, a second living room, a full bathroom with shower/tub, and full-size washer/dryer. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor hot/cold water shower.

- Minimum age 30. By accepting the lease on vrbo you acknowledge that guests are at least 30 years old (age ID required upon booking). No refund if you made the reservation and are under 30 years old. Families are welcome.
- NO pets allowed on premise (loss of full security deposit)
- Checkin is 4:00 PM (may be flexible), checkout by 11:00 AM
- Bedding and bath towels provided
- About 10 beach chairs provided (in shed)

- Exterior of property is monitored by 5 cameras
- Both garages are locked and not for guest use
- A one minute walk down our PRIVATE path leads you right to the calm, relaxing water of our own small, PRIVATE salt water lake beach (see photos and map for details). There are two houses between our house and the water. Although our house itself does not sit waterfront, our property includes our own wide path to the lake and the beach on the lake. It’s really not a "lake" as the northern border opens into the sound at Gin Beach, is salt water, and has tides.
