We loved the place, and it was just as described. Check in and check out was seamless and Christina was super easy to communicate with. The pool was a little too cold to use, but the lake and beach were nearby!

Perfect place for friends, families, whatever you need. Great location, close to town but in a nice quiet area. The house is super clean and has everything you need including great areas inside and out to relax and have big family style dinners. Backyard and pool area is beautiful for some fun games.Christina the host is super communicative and helpful, great host.

Great place for time with friends or family!

Christina’s home was super clean and accommodating, perfect for our group who enjoyed grilling, and hanging by the pool. The location is ideal and is a short drive to just about anywhere in montauk. Check in and check out we’re easy, and Christina went out of her way to send items that we had forgotten. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home with views of the lake. There was enough room for our family of 10 including 2 children under 3 years of age. The pool was a great bonus to have and enjoy. Thank you Christina!

Great Location, Great Host

Christina was a great host and very easy to communicate with. The house was clean, linens and towels were all provided and very family friendly. There is also an extra half bath downstairs and a newly renovated outdoor shower which were not in the property listing, so the house really has the equivalent of 3 full bathrooms which was a nice added bonus when we got there.

This home was perfect for my family. It was bright, clean and spacious. The pool was amazing. Everything in this home was well maintained and the location was perfect. Excellent, well stocked home!

My family of 9(all adults) stayed at 9 South Fairview in Montauk. First of all, Christina was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive to my numerous questions. The house was very clean when we arrived and is set up well. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking both indoors and outdoors and the pool is gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in Montauk!
