Small house 100 m from the city center and 200 m from the beach located in a dead end, very quiet.
Private courtyard of 55 m2 with outdoor dining area and possibility of parking vehicle.
On the ground floor: Kitchen 12 m2, dishwasher, adjoining living room 14 m2 with sofa bed, new, sleeping 140 cm, bathroom, toilet, washing machine, TV.
On the floor two communicating rooms, each with bed of 140 cm; (11.5 m2 and 9 m2)

Has potential

This house could be so good. Perfect location, private parking, comfy beds. But the musty smell and dog hair was everywhere. Took 3 days to get most of dog hair cleaned. The smell downstairs was bad, we had to wash all clothes on returning home. Does anyone from home away inspect these properties.
