4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8) - Spectacular South Rehoboth Beach home with private, offstreet, onsite parking for 4 cars. You will walk everywhere in under 5-10 minutes...the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, Funland, bike rentals, parks, Rehoboth Avenue, etc. If you enjoy live theater, try Clear Space Theatre Company on Baltimore Avenue.

Sleeps 8 comfortably and only 2 blocks to the ocean and Rehoboth Avenue. Accommodations include 2- Queen, 1- Double, and a twin bunk bed. You'll appreciate the fully equipped kitchen with microwave and ice maker and the first floor bedroom.

A spacious living room with 40 inch LCD TV including DVD player and a bright sun filled sunroom with 32 inch LCD TV complete this vacation retreat. The home includes tile and hardwood floors, central air and heat, wireless internet, cable TV, sunroom with ceiling fan, washer/dryer.

Wonderful Stay!

Steve was a great host. The house was exactly as advertised and was perfect for the seven of us. (5 adults and 2 children under 2 yrs old). Beach, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

This house comfortably fits 4 adult's (if not more)... house was perfect for a week stay! This houses location is close and walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Don't second guess booking this one!

Great House With The Perfect Location

Steve and Shelley’s home was perfect for our family’s first time renting in Rehobeth Beach. The property was immaculately clean and very comfortable. We loved the beach cottage charm and great backyard! Even with two young children we could easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, and Rehobeth Ave. Having off street parking is a huge plus! Very helpful owners and a great overall experience!

Ideal location, very clean

Steve was great and welcomed us personally with a tour of the property. The house was very clean and devoid of the usual knick-knacks everywhere so we had plenty of room for our belongings. The kids had easy access to the beach and downtown and loved the outdoor shower. We all had a super time.

204 Philadelphia - Your Best Vaca Ever!

This property is close enough to town and beach to be very convenient but without the noise ans commotion of a house closer to either. Steve was an awesome property owner; available for even the silliest of questions and obviously attentive to the care of the property. Highly recommend the house, the owner, and the fun, lovely town of Rehobath Beach.

Great week spent with family at the beach!

This property worked out very well for our family of 8. Yes. 8 adults. We had something break (nothing that affected our stay) but he was able to fix it while we were at supper that evening. We had a great vacation and would definitely book this house again.

Great stay for our family!

The Mikkelsen home was exactly as described. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen included everything we could need to prep meals for the week. There was plenty of seating between the two dinning areas. The outdoor shower is a must have with the kids at the beach and it has hot water! The stairs were a little steep with a small landing at the top. Location was perfect. A 10 minute walk to everything!! Steve was always responsive in our booking and check in process. We had no reason to contact during our stay, but he was around and available if needed. Thank you for opening your home.

Comfy cottage

Steve was very responsive. Property is located close to town and easy walk to beach. Nice backyard with shade and two picnic tables for eating outdoors. Nothing fancy about the cottage, but plenty roomy, and just right for a family vacation at the beach! Very clean.
