Plenty of space for 14 family members with additional joining for meals. A perfect spot - close to the beach, boardwalk, and church for Easter! The porch is the best. We enjoyed our stay - and the host is wonderful!

Great house and Lake cottage. Fit our family very well (18 of us) combination of adults, teens and younger kids. Location couldn't be beat: so close to the beach, boardwalk and the center of the town. Plenty of onsite parking, and we had almost no need to use our cars. Plenty of gathering space in the large living room, and the screened porch. Communication with the host was excellent. We are definitely considering rebooking for next summer.

The location of the property is excellent, with easy access to the boardwalk and Rehoboth Avenue. The houses had everything we needed, and the porch and dining area of the front house worked very well for our large group. We had a good time!

Perfect for a multi-generational family

Our family enjoyed their week at this historic house. Access to the beach, the boardwalk and the shops/restaurants of Rehoboth could not be better. The kitchen(s) are the most fully equipped that we have ever encountered and the host was gracious and quick to respond. Best of all, there was lots of room!

We absolutely loved staying at 43 Olive Avenue. Check in was easy and the kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen we have ever had. We had a group of 14 celebrating an 85th birthday. Location to the beach and town was fabulous!! Can't say enough about this property. The owner and property manager answered all of our questions promptly.

Teacher Beach weekend

19 teachers spent the weekend in Rehoboth. The property was perfect for us. It was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and Rehoboth Avenue. The owner was wonderful!

Fantastic Beach Vacation

Gaslight and Lake House

There were 17 of us and everybody had a great time, we already booked for next year. The houses were in an ideal location for the beach and boardwalk, very clean and well stocked. The owner was so easy to work with.

Rehoboth Beach Stay

The house is a little bit older, but it is in very good shape. The owner is extremely nice and very responsive whenever there was a problem. This summer is the second year we stayed in the house. We hope to stay there next summer also. The location and the number of bedrooms are wonderful.
