Excellente adresse

La maison est parfaite pour un couple. Nous y avons séjourné durant 12 jours et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La maison est adorable, surtout le patio. Francesca nous a reçu chaleureusement avec tout le sens de la convivialité dont font preuve les habitants de ce sympathique village qui a su garder son authenticité. Carmen et Patrick

Wundervolle Urlaubswoche

Der Aufenthalt war super. Francesca hat alles möglich gemacht, sodass wir früher einchecken konnten. Die Kommunikation lief in sehr gutem Englisch und sie fragte mehrfach, ob wir alles haben was wir brauchen, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Der Ort ist sehr dörfliche, perfekt zum Abschalten und entspannen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke und sogar ein Markt direkt am Haus findet einmal in der Woche statt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bett war sehr bequem. Der Empfang war sehr gastfreundlich und wir konnten Francesca jederzeit erreichen. Der Innenhof hat einen wundervollen italienischen Charme und bleibt auch den Tag über recht angenehm kühl. Man kann bis spät abends draußen sitzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Accueil très chaleureux, emplacement idéale

Au carrefour des 2 autovías pour une très bonne mobilité pour diversifier les activités, entre visites archéologique, montagnes en parque naturel ou bien plages. Quant à l'accueil de Francesca et ses parents, très chaleureux de toute confiance.

beautiful old sardinian house in the middle of the town

We really had a fantastic stay in Francesca´s house in the middle of Paulilatino. Francesca is a very, very wonderful host: reliable, very friendly and always helpful. The house is very clean and we can confirm all the things of the description. We had the pleasure to stay in Paulilatio during a festival. All the people were very, very friendly and wie really had a wonderful time. Furthermore we recommend to visit the Pizzeria Mystik, if you can find it.

Excellent experience

My wife and I found this property to be excellent. Its location is ideal: very easy access to entry/exit points of the town, a quaint, old-world setting in the historical district, and, within a few yards, a mini supermarket, a meat market, a bakery, a fruit and vegetable store, a pharmacy, and the Atzori museum. From the master bedroom window you can see what eels and species of fish are on offer each Wednesday morning since the outdoor market is just out the front door. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated, and well-stocked with kitchen utensils, crockery, and silverware. The washing machine, on the upper floor, is only steps from the balcony containing the clothesline and clothes drying rack. Upon arrival, Francesca's parents greeted us and unhurriedly acquainted us with the features of the house. When we did need to contact Francesca (which we did a couple of times since we don't speak Italian), she responded immediately. The only aspect of the house that would have made it yet more comfortable is if the bathroom shower stalls were a bit larger. Overall, our month's stay was excellent and in the upper echelon of houses we've rented in the 13 years we've been going annually to Europe.

Bon accueil de Francesca et de sa maman. Les photos sont conformes à la description. Les habitants du villages sont très conviviaux et serviables. Le soir, les gens sont dehors pour parler.... Nous avons adoré les festivités avec les cavaliers. Le petit marché du mercredi était sympa. Petit bémol : la proximité avec l'église et ses cloches........... et, il manque une cafetière. Rien de méchant; Encore merci de nous avoir accueilli.

Trés bon séjour

Très bon accueil de Francesca et sa maman. Les photos sont conformes à la description, il y a 2 salles de bains: 1 au rez de chaussée et 1 à l'étage. La maison est spacieuse avec une grande chambre parentale avec la literie très bonne et une autre chambre à 2 lits. La terrasse couverte dans la cour intérieure au rez de chaussée permet de prendre tous les repas à l'ombre.Il y a aussi 1 grande terrasse à l'étage; La maison était très propre. Les habitants du village sont très conviviaux, le soir tous les gens sont dehors pour parler. Il faisait chaud dans la chambre car il n'y a pas de climatisation (il y a 1 ventilateur) mais c'est l'été et c'est la Sardaigne! Nous avons adoré les festivités avec les cavaliers et les danses folkloriques juste devant la maison.On peut garer la voiture dans la rue sauf le mercredi matin car il y a 1 marché très agréable. Je conseille amicalement à Francesca de mettre micro onde dans la maison, car les vacanciers ne cuisinent pas beaucoup en général. Notre séjour chez vous était très agréable et nous conseillons vraiment à ceux qui voudraient venir, à le faire sans hésiter. Encore merci à Francesca et sa maman pour leur accueil sympathique. Nous sommes un couple de retraités Français le séjour était du 17 juillet au 31 juillet 2018

Une maison au grand volume et bien équipée

La propriétaire Francesca nous a accueilli très agréablement, avec un bon anglais. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cette maison agréable, idéalement située pour rayonner aussi bien vers le nord que vers le sud (Cagliari à 1h15), avec de magnifiques plages à une petite heure de route vers l'ouest. La maison se situe dans un village calme entouré de beaux paysages. Seul petit bémol: la proximité avec l'église du village et ses cloches... (double vitrage mais besoin de dormir fenêtres ouvertes en juillet)

Buena experiencia en Paulilatino.

Nuestra estancia en Cerdeña ha sido muy interesante. Casa y pueblo tranquilo, situado en el centro de la isla y bien comunicado. La casa es muy acogedora y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos buenos días de vacaciones. Recomendable y con relación calidad-precio muy adecuada.

Casa molt acollidora

Casa ben equipada, molt confortable, gran, nèta, acollidora i amb una atenció molt agradable per part de la Francesca. La seva situació bastant centrada a l'illa ens ha permès visitar tot el que ens ha interessat des d'aquí. Sens dubte la recomanem.

séjour treès agréable / soggiorno molto piacevole

Casa molto comoda nel cuore di un bellissimo paese. La piccola corte interiore della casa è una meraviglia per riposarsi e pranzare. Ci sona tante belle cose da vedere in prossimità di Paulilatino. Francesca è stata molto ospitale. Torneremo. Maison très confortable au coeur d'un joli village. La petite cour intérieure est très agréable pour se reposer et prendre ses repas. On peut découvrir plein de jolies choses autour de Paulilatino. Francesca est très accuillante. On reviendra.

Quiet and pleasant stay with kids

The house offers all necessary for a quiet and relaxed stay. Very clean and spacious for a family and well located for some nice spots in the west coast. Francesca is always available and a perfect host. We highly recommend it!

Schöne Ferienwohnung im historischen Stadtteil

Eine wirklich schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um entspannte Ferien zu verbringen. Mit großer Dachterrasse, schön eingerichteten Zimmern, bequemen Betten, zentrale Lage um viele Ausflüge unternehmen zu können und sehr netten Vermietern. Die Ferienwohnung ist in direkter Nähe zur Kirche, die schon früh morgens zu läuten beginnt.

séjour agréable dans le centre sardaigne

Maison confortable, propre et bien équipée, avec de grandes pièces. La terrasse et la cour arrière sont très agréables. très satisfaite de cette location 2 petits bémols : - odeur de fumée quand on entre dans la maison, mais ensuite on s'y habitue et on n'y fait plus attention - la maison est toute proche de l'église qui sonne tous les 1/4 d'heure de 8h à 23h
