Located on the fifth floor, the views from our balcony overlooking the pool area and the lake are stunning! Our 2 BD 2 BR condo includes: contemporary furnishings, king size beds with pillow top mattresses in both bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, queen size air mattress for added sleeping space, new patio furniture, wifi access, large flat-screen TV's with Dish service in every room, and free parking. On site amenities include 2 heated pools, hot tub, work out gym, meeting room, and coin operated laundry facilities.

Just steps away, you can enjoy fine dining in the MonteLago Village. Want to eat in? Stop by Seasons Grocery store for all your culinary supplies. The Village also offers free concerts, activities, and events year round.

Lake Las Vegas Water Sports offers everything from extreme adventures like Flyboarding, to something more relaxing like stand up paddle boards. If you don’t want to get wet, then check out the back trails on their bikes! Whatever you prefer, they have something for everyone!!

Excellent Stay

The condo is clean and beds are comfortable. We loved the view from the balcony. The pools on the property are nice and well kept. If you need to be in Las Vegas but want to stay off the strip, this is a great option.
