A perfect vacation spot! Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the community is very quiet, the courtyard pool was great, parking is in a private deck, very friendly host.My friends and I had a great time and would happily stay here again!

Wonderful! We have stayed here a number of times. We absolutely love it! Everything is clean, kitchen is well equipped and the location is so convenient. Shopping, restaurants, whatever you need is within walking distance. Host is always kind and quick to communicate. Love the pool!

This was a perfect property at Viera for a family. The washer/dryer combo was very helpful and the entire property was stocked with everything we needed. The easy access to the pool area and the restaurants was ideal. The only thing that would make it more convenient is gate reentry access to the complex rather than having to go to the main entrance (which is not within the owners control). Other than that very small inconvenience, we had a wonderful stay!

Unfortunately, the access codes were being used by people that were not owner's/guests to access the pools. Hopefully the HOA can explore other options in the future to balance access with security. This is the second year we have stayed for a month at this Lake Las Vegas property. It doesn’t disappoint especially the location being ground floor pool side and probably the most private in the entire complex with a front yard space and corner unit. We will hopefully be coming back next year!

Our hosts were quick to respond to increase our comfort levels and super easy to communicate with. The place is very spacious and the kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with all the necessities. The beds are super comfy. Being able to park in the underground parking was a plus. The pools were perfect and the place is very secure. The village was also a highlight. This is a great place.

The unit and area were perfect. The host was always available and worked with us when personal issues happened and we had to fly home and come back. We have rented many units in many areas across the country but this unit by far was one of the best. I have no complaints.

Beautiful condo, spacious and attractively furnished. It felt like home. Many thoughtful items were provided to make guests comfortable. Private and large patio with the most gorgeous tree…such a picturesque view every morning when we opened the curtains! Host was very responsive and informative.
