About this property

1 Bedroom w/Spa, Great Views in the Mountains!

This space is in the lower level of our home converted into a private rental which has been newly renovated and fully functional. There may be occasional noise from outside or upstairs though we do our best to be respectful of renters at all times.

It has one bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining and living room. It has a spa that overlooks the mountains. Has a private entrance.

If you are interested in meal kits for your stay check out Easy Entree's located in Conifer. If you drive up from town, you pass closely by it.

If your bringing a pet you must state it on your rental agreement. There is a pet fee.

We are located in Pike's National Park. Located approximately 10 minutes from Deer Creek Valley Ranch and 1/2 mile off 285.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Beautiful location, awesome amenities & kind owners!

We stayed here for 3 days and I am going to miss waking up to that view! Awesome place! Hot tub was perfect after a long day on the mountain. Thankful for the helpful owners who assisted us when we got stuck in the snow & then proceeded to also get a flat tire.

Just plain BEAUTIFUL

I am a disabled Vet and Stacy and her husband went out of there way to accommodate my every needs. They treated my wife and I like family and gave us a true vacation feeling. we were treated with respect. The deer outside of our back doors was a bonus. All I can say is the whole experience was worth every penny and we will be booking another trip with them in the future.

Not soothing for our dog

The place was fine, but our dog reacted and barked any time someone moved upstairs or a bluejay landed outside. Since we didn't have control of the heat, we had the windows open--which meant the dog barked at everything. When we closed the windows he was quieter but we roasted. I'd just suggest that you not bring your dog! The hosts were great about allowing him, so we appreciate that. He's a puppy, so we are learning!

You have control of the heat downstairs, there are thermostats in every room. I'm sorry your dog barked a lot, this is a downstairs apartment. We do have 2 levels of noise reduction insulation between the two levels. We have had a LOT of people bring their dog, I'm sorry your dog is still a puppy and learning the birds triggering his barking is a natural instinct no doubt.
