You'll have access to your entire unit, including the private entrance, one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area, and private back patio. The front and back doors have keypad access for easy entry and exit.

The Cleveland-Holloway neighborhood, affectionately known as "Durham's Front Porch," offers a vibrant and historic urban experience. You'll find yourself within easy reach of downtown Durham, perfect for exploring on foot, by bike, or a quick Lyft ride. Embrace the neighborhood's diverse atmosphere and the lively mix of residents that make this area so unique.
Getting Around:
Easy access to I85, NC-147 etc. Uber and Lyft are common in Durham so no worries if you don't have a car! There are also plenty of bus routes, and the neighborhood is walkable to downtown, too.
Other Things to Note:
*As this is a duplex, we kindly request that guests be considerate of noise levels, especially before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM.
*Our Smart TV is equipped with apps like Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu for your entertainment. We also offer YouTubeTV, providing access to live and on-demand programs
