You'll have access to your entire unit, including the private entrance, one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area, and private back patio. The front and back doors have keypad access for easy entry and exit.

You'll find yourself within easy reach of downtown Durham, perfect for exploring on foot, by bike, or a quick Lyft ride. Embrace the neighborhood's diverse atmosphere and the lively mix of residents that make this area so unique.



Getting Around:

Easy access to I85, NC-147 etc. Uber and Lyft are common in Durham so no worries if you don't have a car! There are also plenty of bus routes, and the neighborhood is walkable to downtown, too.

*As this is a duplex, we kindly request that guests be considerate of noise levels, especially before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM.

*Our Smart TV is equipped with apps like Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu for your entertainment. We also offer YouTubeTV, providing access to live and on-demand programs
