A wonderful, spotless home! Everything was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully arranged and easy to navigate throughout the house. Most of the essentials needed for either a short stay or a full week were provided, which made the experience even more comfortable. Very spacious and quiet despite being on a well-traveled street. Jesse was good at communicating with us before, during and after our stay. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, which was important for us. We’d look to renting again when in Durham.

Excellent house for whole family

My siblings and I rented this house so we could be near our Mom at TFAD. (IYKYK) This house was in a great location, has a driveway that can hold three cars plus street parking, and is fully loaded! We cooked a ton of large meals so we could stock our Mother's freezer and this house was perfect! The air conditioning was excellent too.

Great accomodations in the house. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathrroom which was a plus. The only need was the downstairs bathroom shower never got hot. I think you may need to adjust the settings in this bathroom. We ended up using the other one since it had hot water.
