A super little chalet. Fantastic tranquil location with superb views over the valley.

A warm welcome from the owners who generously gave us private use of their lower terrace overlooking the mountains for the week. This was a fantastic place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Annecy and the lake - whilst only being a 20minute drive away. The location offers much in walking locally and short drives to stunning places above and around the lake.

Niki et Nick ont été des hôtes de rêve: d'une discrétion telle que nous avons été frustré de n'avoir pas eu plus de contacts avec eux (L'humour très british de Nick nous manque!). Ils nous ont laissé les lieux dans un état de propreté parfait. Merci pour cette belle semaine.

Great view and not too hot in summer

The chalet has a great view towards the mountains. There is a nice spot next to the chalet to sit outside and enjoy meals. It is quiet and not too hot in the summer, almost no mosquitoes. About 20min to lac d‘Annecy by car. You can hike to the mountain Le Semnoz directly frombthe chalet. Guy and Sandie are very friendly hosts, who live next door and are helpful. We had a great time up there!

Endroit calme entouré de nature et très bon point de départ pour découvrir la région. Excellents conseils de Guy quant aux restaurants typiques et produits locaux. Accueil très sympa et chaleureux. Petit chalet mignon et cosy.

Accueil de Guy tres sympathique, qui nous a donné de nombreux conseils en terme de visites et balades. Chalet typique tres bien équipé et tout mignon, rien ne manque. De plus, vue splendide et calme absolu. Je recommande vivement.

Un lieu très agréable et des plus calmes. Manger sous les arbres, au frais, surtout en cette période de canicule, est un bonheur. Il faut ajouter à cela la vue sur les montagnes particulièrement reposante. Tant qu’à l’accueil, il est exceptionnel !

Hôtes très accueillants et bienveillants.Mazot authetique,très bien agencé, literie confortable.En pleine nature,entouré de montagnes,bercé par le chant des oiseaux,le tintement des cloches des vaches...et le vent dans les arbres.....bref un petit paradis!Espérons pouvoir y retourner!

Nous avons passé un peu plus d’une semaine dans ce charmant chalet, idéalement situé : au calme, tout en restant proche d’Annecy et de nombreuses activités. Très bien équipé, il offre en plus une superbe vue sur les montagnes. L’accueil de Guy et Sandie a été particulièrement chaleureux, et leurs conseils toujours précieux.Nous y reviendrons très certainement.

Schöne Auszeit

Inmitten einer majestätischen Bergkulisse und wunderbarer Natur haben mein Mann und ich eine Woche Urlaub genossen. Das Chalet ist ein hochgelegener, ruhiger Rückzugspunkt vom quirligen Treiben am See und von Stress überhaupt, ideal zum Runterkommen. Vom Haus aus gehen direkt Wanderwege los, die auch für Anfänger geeignet sind. Zudem ist man nicht weit enfernt vom Semnoz,einem beliebten Berg und Wanderziel. Das Chalet ist gemütlich, urig, stilecht und die Gastgeber sind sehr symphatisch und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns bestens erholt. Es war magnifique et très jolie!

Einmalig

Der Wochenaufenthalt war einmalig. Das Chalet ist urgemütlich, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und liegt einfach ideal : absolute Ruhe, Nähe zu den Wanderwegen und zum See von Annecy. Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist fantastisch. Wir haben das Auto kaum benutzt. Guy hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Darüber hinaus haben er und Sandie eine sehr ausführliche Beschreibung für Praktisches vorbereitet. Seine Tipps für unsere Ausflüge haben genau gepasst. Wir haben eine fantastische Zeit dort verbracht und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Des vacances très réussies !

Merci tout d'abord à Guy pour son accueil chaleureux et ses conseils précieux ! Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable sur les hauteurs d'Annecy. Chalet dans lequel il fait bon vivre. Multiples randonnées à faire dans le coin, la nature est magnifique, le lac d'Annecy offre de multiples possibilités (baignades, vélo, sports nautiques...). On aurait aimé prolonger le séjour !

Très bon séjour

Le chalet est très agréable pour 2 adultes, bien équipé et confortable. Le jardin ombragé et au calme. A proximité en voiture des commerces, et plusieurs départs de rando à pied directement du chalet. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés par Guy !

Wij hadden een leuk verblijf, ondanks minder goede weer. Eigenaar is buurman, maar enkel gezien bij aankomst en vertrek. Hi is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Ideale rustikale Hütte als Ausgangspunkt für wunderbare Wanderungen und für Ausflüge zum See und nach Annecy. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Un petit coin de paradis!

Un très bon camp de base pour découvrir Annecy et les alentours du lac. L'accueil de Guy et Sandie a été top, avec le tour du propriétaire mais surtout tous les conseils détaillés de balade dans la région : randonnée au Semnoz, tour du lac a vélo, les navettes gratuites tres bien organisées pour ne pas se mettre dans les bouchons, les plages, la luge d'été, le paddle... Nos 2 garçons souhaitaient découvrir la montagne en été, ils en gardent un super souvenir. Nous avons pris tous nos repas en extérieur, sur une terrasse qui surplombe la vallée, au son lointain des cloches des vaches. Pour ne rien gâcher, le champion de france du fromage Abondance n'est qu'à 1.5km, nous avons donc refait nos stocks... :). Sandie, Guy, encore merci pour votre accueil.

Jolie chalet en haute Savoie

Très beau coin de paradis hors de la ville avec superbe vue et calme sérénité et les propriétaires très gentils avec de bons conseils et près à vous aider si possible encore merci à eux pour ce séjours et à bientôt
