Bay-Harbor View w/Stunning Sunsets 1 block from beach - Sleeps 6: 2BR & 1.5 Bath

This top-floor unit of our family beach house overlooks the bay with stunning sunsets, and is just a block to the main beach. With 2 bedrooms, the Master has an ensuite with shower/tub. There is an additional 1/2 bath w/laundry, a large living room, a sun room, and a large eat-in kitchen plus den.

With 2 bedrooms, 6 people can comfortably sleep with bunk beds (w/a queen on the bottom) in the second BR. There is also a comfortable pull out queen sofa in the living room, and a single pull-out in the sun room.
The kitchen has all newer appliances and there are 2 decks and 2 Weber Grills. There is parking for 5 cars, and the back yard has a fire pit and an outdoor shower. The garage is stocked with beach chairs and beach umbrella. There are some great local restaurants and a convenience & liquor store within walking distance. Hampton Beach is an easy walk over the bridge to a plethora of entertainment, restaurants, casinos, music venues, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and so clean! We had everything you could want in a home rental - nice deck with views of the bay and walking distance to the beach. Great restaurants nearby and a market across the street. The hosts were super nice to deal with. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at this spot. The sunsets were amazing. The walk to the beach was fine. Getting there built the excitement and coming back allowed reflection and leaving some sand on the road.The owners are amazing, and the place is just wonderful. Month long stay for work

This property was better than the pictures! We stayed for a total of 32 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. It is a quiet place and has a great breeze at all times! Definitely recommend.

We stayed for 12 days while needing a place to stay so we could work at the Topsfield Fair. The house is clean, warm(it was October) beautiful, peaceful and had amazing views of sunsets. The sunsets were some of the most stunning I’ve seen. Donna was amazing to communicate with, getting back to me right away, answering my numerous questions and ensuring we had a great stay. I’d recommend her home to anyone looking to stay on the seacoast. You can’t go wrong with this listing. It was also a 3 minute walk to the beach which was absolutely perfect, even in October.

Perfect Location

You can not go wrong at this location it had everything. The sunsets alone were amazing. Home was cozy, super clean, and well stocked. The owners were super sweet, and great communication. If we could have given it more stars we would have hands down. Looking forward to coming back in the future for a true vacation.

Perfect spot!!

Our stay at this property was amazing! Not only was Donna incredible to deal with an so accommodating, the location is perfect and the sunsets off of the deck are truly something to be seen. My camera roll is filled with pictures of beautiful sunsets that we were lucky enough to see each day. Thank you so much Donna for being such a great person and so responsive and communicative! We can’t wait to go back!
