Welcome to your perfect beach side retreat in the charming community of Crescent Beach ! Just a short walk to the pristine shores, this delightful patio home offers the ultimate coastal retreat for rest and relaxation. We offer a lock box for contact free check in and check in at your leisure. Don't delay to book, as beautiful well appointed properties book quickly. No elevators, no waiting in line, easy check in and check out, easy access to our home and to the beach. Your own parking spaces (2 assigned places). Sitting at the front porch bistro table you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace and quiet enjoying the palm trees, gentle ocean breezes and the warm sunshine. Stroll down to the beach for a day of sand and surf on our white sandy beach. Walk over to Mr. G's Ice Cream shop or Molly Darcy's Pub after a fun filled day at the beach. Or fire up the grill for hamburgs and hot dogs on the patio. A beach convenience store is located a couple hundred feet from our house. Our beach house is located on a safe, quiet side street 100 feet from the beach. Close proximity to Ocean Drive for all the Shaggin festivities. If you desire peace and quiet and not sharing bedtime with the kids, this is the place for you. If you don't want to hear the vacationers in the condo above you or next to you coming and going at all hours than this is the vacation home you are looking for. No need to look for parking after shopping or dining out, your parking spot is reserved just for you. If your idea of a perfect vacation is being close enough to enjoy all the attractions yet far enough to not be bothered by other vacationers, look no further. You will have every necessity to make your vacation perfect. This will be your home away from home and only 100 feet to the beach. A beautiful 3 bedroom/2 full bath beach house located in a quiet private neighborhood with reserved parking close to all the attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Fully furnished house set up for quiet relaxation and enjoyment including Roku equipped flat screen tvs . Upstairs there is a loft bedroom with 2 twin beds and a second bedroom with a queen bed plus a second floor full bathroom. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king size bed, Roku TV and a private entrance to the 1st floor bathroom. The patio off the dining area is equipped with table, chairs and gas grill. Designated parking for 2 cars is right next to the house making the trip from car to house very short. If you are planning on bringing a pet, please check the pet box and I will need a description of your pet.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash and return all dishes, glasses and utensils to cabinets or drawers
Leave used beds turned down and put used towels in bathtub
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Empty fridge of all food, remove all trash from house, clean and return dishes to cabinets. Golf carts are allowed but must be gas powered.
Fee of $50 per hour for self checking in early without prior approval.
Put used towels in bathtub. Leave sheets on turned down bed. Turn off all lights and return keys to lockbox.

A lovely, clean, well stocked home in close, walking proximity to the beach. Our stay was truly what we have always wanted in a "beach vacation." Located on a quiet street and the local neighbors we met were very kind. Many good restaurants and shops a very short drive away. First time VRBO user and the process was quite simple. Our check-in and check-out was very easy, too. Definitely will be back for future seaside vacations at this wonderful location. We appreciate the owners for the exceptional and welcoming accommodations.

Cozy beach getaway

We stayed here for a baseball tournament my son was playing in, but also wanted to have some beach time. Easy walking distance to the beach. The home was cozy and accommodated 4 adults and 2 kids with no problem. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this house. Very cute, easy access to beach, owners are really on top of things and communication is phenomenal. This will be our new place in Myrtle Beach. I’m sorry I have no photos, but this was a time we vacationed and kinda put everything aside.

We enjoyed our June 2025 summer getaway. Lin answered all my questions in a timely manner, personally contacted me to share check-in details, and the beach house was cozy with plenty of space for 4 people a dog. There was a convenient beach access right across the road and we felt safe in the area at all time. The best part was being able to bring along our lab Ellie!

The house is absolutely adorable and so cozy! Literally steps away from the ocean. Met several neighbors all so nice. Just a short walk to Mr. G's ice-cream! We wanted a second home in an area we could enjoy year round. Being avid golfers who also enjoy the beach this area had it all .

Why they chose this property

The location was awesome. Close to the beach but quiet and secure. Being an avid golfer the Myrtle Beach area is a golfers dream come true. No noisy neighbors here. Our first trip to Myrtle Beach we stayed in a hotel in the heart of Myrtle Beach and it was awfully congested and to much noise for rest and relaxation. This is a real home away from home. When you retire for the night you will not hear people walking in the condo above you.

What makes this property unique

No problem parking. Quiet, safe, secure friendly neighborhood. There are more golf courses to play than time to play them all. Our house is within walking distance to an old fashioned ice cream shop ( Mr. G's) to visit in the evening. As one of our guests told us, this was the first time he actually went home feeling refreshed and rested. He said it was great to be able to depend on having a parking place a few feet from the house after being out for the evening or coming back from the grocery store.
