Time Well Spent is a clean and well maintained gem located in Crescent Beach!
Time Well Spent is what you will have after you enjoy your time at this property in North Myrtle Beach. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is conveniently located 3 blocks from the ocean in the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach and sleeps a maximum of 8 with 1 king, 1 queen, and 4 twins.

This house features a master bedroom on the first level with a king bed and adjoining master bathroom. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a twin in the closet alcove. Bedroom #3 has 2 twins in the bedroom, and 1 twin in the closet alcove. The closet alcoves in bedrooms #2 & #3 have bi-fold doors that give these areas some privacy if wanted. Bedroom #2 has french doors that provide access to a covered deck that is great for morning coffee or evening sitting with a nice breeze. All bedrooms have 32” TV’s with cable.

Enjoy family time in the living room and dining area on the first floor where there is a 55” TV with cable, DVR and stereo with Bluetooth. French doors lead the way to the outside deck where you can use the gas grille or enjoy outdoor time in the shade. The kitchen has granite countertop and stainless appliances. The kitchen has a full size range, microwave, toaster oven, blender and is fully stocked with the all items you would need to prepare your meals. WiFi that is available through the house. The house also has a full size washer and dryer (washing products provided) for your use.

Renters must be 25 years or older and are required to stay at the property. Signed rental agreement required to complete the reservation process. No pets or smoking permitted.

Crescent Beach is a family oriented area and has many attractions and restaurants that are within walking distance or a short drive. You can enjoy a meal at Molly Darcy's while sitting on the oceanfront deck or grab an ice cream treat at Mr. G's. Both are a 5 minute walk from the house. There is also miniature golf at the end of the street (toward Hwy 17). Take a short drive and you will be at Barefoot Landing where you have access to attractions such as Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure and several great restaurants and shopping. You are also a 7 minute car ride to Ocean Drive/Main Street where you will have access to restaurants, shopping and the famous Shag dancing nightlife!

The Tanger Outlets are a short 15 minute drive and offer many great stores!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure dishwasher is unloaded. All used dishes cleaned and put away.
Keep the ceiling fans on with lights off.
Please make sure beach toys, chairs, and wagon are cleaned off and put away back in the beach closet. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The person renting the home shall remain at the home for the entire booking. No one under the age of 25 shall rent nor be left alone at the home.
Follow the departure checklist provided. The cleaning fee is used to ready the house for the next guest. Extra cleaning will result in add'tl charges

Great property. Very short walk to the beach with a few places to eat nearby. Lots of beds for family with many kids. Beach supplies available if we were missing anything. Easy outside clean up area for sandy suits and toys. Would definitely stay again.

We went to Myrtle Beach to watch my daughter play softball. This home was great — close to the games, restaurants, shops, and the beach. Everything we needed was provided. We felt like we were at a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!!

We have stayed here every year for the last 4 years and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The house is in a perfect location, located about 2 blocks from the beach (an easy walk) and conveniently located close to Barefoot Landing and other popular attractions. House is like new, always clean and the owners are great to work with.

Family Vacation

The house is in such a great location next to the beach! A quick walk takes you right to the beach with a pedestrian entrance which was nice! The hosts provide so many beach amenities that we didn’t feel the need to purchase anything additional. We loved having coffee on the balcony! Hosts were attentive and thorough with communication!

Great place for a beach vacay!

The property was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to make it a home aeay from home. The beach is a couple blocks away and the hime is close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The drive to Myrtle beach is easy for when we wanted to be around the amusement areas. Vaca? Sport weekend? You got it.

This was the perfect house for our vacation/sport tournament that all fell in the same week. We were able to hit the beach, do tons of fun activities, enjoy food drinks and games, and immediately switch gears into soccer mode without a hitch. So much room to spread out and make ourselves at home and also feel taken care of. Amazing hospitality. We will rent again!!!

Perfect Family Getaway

We spent 5 days here on vacation and could not have asked for a better experience!! The pictures do not do the home justice, everything was so tidy and beautiful! Just as described! A super easy walk to get to the beach! There was the basic necessities to get us going and some extras we didn’t consider! The beach closet was well stocked with all the essentials we needed to enjoy our time on the beach and we even added some of our contributions to the closet for the next guests to enjoy!! Evangeline was very communicative and timely in her responses with any questions we had leading up to our stay and while we were there. We loved our stay at Time Well Spent and will definitely be adding it to the list of places we want to see again!

Adorable little home. Evangeline and Robert have thought of everything from the coffee cups to the wine glasses, to the beach supplies and sleeping arrangements. Short, straight shot to the beach with an ice cream store, convenient store and gift shop along the way. The hosts kept in contact and assured us to let us know if we needed anything. Evangeline even sent me links and info for tourists attractions prior to our stay. Nicely upkept and clean. Would stay again 😁

We throughly enjoyed our stay for Spring Break ‘21! Everything about this place was wonderful!!!! It was welcoming, VERY CLEAN, home away from home and more! Awesome Beach Vacation House! 😎

Very comfortable three bedroom house with two bathrooms complete with showers and a great little kitchen and an outdoor gas grill. The house has so many little conveniences such as newer modern appliances including a “pod friendly” coffee maker, beach chairs and boogie boards so you don’t have to overload your vehicle for the trip down! 👍 The house owners are wonderful with helpful tips to the area, rapid response to any questions or concerns. Just a fantastic location only 3 blocks from the beach, and very convenient to the local grocery stores, activities, shopping, and some amazing local restaurants. Highest recommendation!!! Absolutely wonderful!!

There are so many things I want to say about our stay at "Time well spent". Our hosts Evangeline and Bob were the BEST!! Communication was prompt. Evangeline took time out of her days to check on my family and me during our stay due to Hurricane Debby making her presence known. Everything listed in the description of the property was accurate and above and beyond our expectations. It made us feel as if we were right at home during our stay and like we never wanted to leave! The extra amenities such as board games, beach items in the outside storage closet, etc. were handy because we spent about two days of the seven inside the house because of the storm. We appreciated the beach chairs, blankets, beach bocci balls, umbrellas, and more being offered for use when we could utilize them. I can't stress enough how much wonderful experience we had. Having great hosts ensured that my family and I had a great vacation and I am sure they will do the same for every guest staying in this beautiful home! Evangeline and Robert will definitely see us back next summer! I think we found our forever "go-to" vacation house!!

The best stay ever!

This rental is so far above the rest! We arrived early and the property manager met us in no time. The house is perfect, with everything you could possibly need for a good time at the beach. The kitchen is over stocked with all the things you might forget. Salt, pepper, oil, ect. and even had some extra beers from prior guests. Pots,pans, crock pot, table settings for many, and all the cooking items you could ever need. Paper towels, toilet paper, sunscreen. I could go on and on. The unit is amazing, so well kept, and maintained. The owner provided all the information needed prior to arrival to get set for our time at the beach. It's a very short walk to the beach and a short distance to almost everything you want to do. Everything was perfect. We look forward to renting again, soon. I cannot reccomend this rental with enough enthusiasm. You will not regret staying here.
