Less than a 2 mile walk to the Rose Bowl Stadium. Classic Pasadena home built in 1905 and completely renovated to modern standards Gourmet kitchen, lovely gardens with fruit trees and comfortable furnishings. 4 bedrooms each with TV and attached bathroom. Home was amazing. Had everything we needed. Loved the style of the home. Owners were very responsive and awesome to speak with. Really enjoyed our time celebrating the Rose Bowl festivities. Would definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

Great House

I rented it for a friend family visiting LA for three weeks. The house is in a very safe neighborhood, clean, organized and well equipped. Communication is super easy. The family wants to rent it house again next summer. Highly recommend it!!

The Perfect Home Base for Exploring LA

If you're looking for a lovely home-away-from-home in the heart of Pasadena, this beautiful designer house is an absolute dream! The house itself has been meticulously renovated to offer every modern comfort and convenience. The gourmet kitchen is a particular delight, well-equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need to whip up a fantastic meal with fresh ingredients from the garden's own fruit trees. From the moment you step through the door, every aspect of this wonderful house makes it clear that hospitality and guest comfort are top priorities. The hosts have gone out of their way to create a space that's luxurious yet inviting, elegant yet full of warmth!

Fantastic stay in Pasadena

Carolyn was a great host and the property was stunning, clean, stylish and well-maintained. Carolyn went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome at this property, and the location was exactly what we wanted to explore the Pasadena area. Though the home was beautifully appointed, we had a restful stay with two small children and didn’t encounter any hazards. We would definitely look forward to staying here again if our travels bring us back to Pasadena.

Absolutely Awesome

We were celebrating the Thanksgiving Holiday with our adult children and we could not of asked for a more accommodating venue. The house was perfect in so many different ways. The entire house was unbelievable clean, the bedrooms were spacious and all had their own full bathrooms, all the beds were comfortable, the shower water pressure is amazing, the chef quality kitchen is unbelievable and has everything that one might need. The backyard is awesome. The website description and photos are spot on, what you see is what you get-plus. There are plenty of areas for family gatherings and private areas for some peace and quiet time. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood but very close to some great restaurants and shops in Old Town Pasadena. This will go down as one of our favorite family holiday vacations because of what the home offered. The owner is extremely easy to communicate with and replies to any question promptly. Basically I can not say enough good things about this house and the owner-we will be back.

Beautiful home in a meticulous neighborhood

This home is gorgeous and well appointed. We loved the downstairs living area and outdoor patio which provides lots of room to feel at home. The bedrooms are spacious yet cozy and comfortable and the bathrooms feel like a spa experience. The location near Old Pasadena is very convenient to good restaurants and freeway access. Comfortable home in a beautiful neighborhood!

This was the perfect home base for our LA vacation! The home had everything we needed to relax in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, and yet is close to all conveniences in Pasadena. The beds were comfortable, water was hot, showers had great water pressure, and kitchen was well-equipped. Carolyn was kind and attentive, and made our stay very easy. The home was decorated beautifully with touches of new and old. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Why they chose this property

We bought this house in 2018. We've lived in the same neighborhood for many years but when this home became available to buy we quickly made the move. We always wanted to be on this street due to its perfect location, surrounded by the most grand homes in Pasadena. Quiet street, friendly neighbors, and a popular street for walkers & runners enjoying the scenery and beautiful architecture.

What makes this property unique

Built in 1905 and beautifully restored. Lovely front porch, large rooms, and great for entertaining with friends or family.
