*** Why You’ll Love It *** -A Backyard Paradise Our backyard is a true retreat—lush, peaceful, and incredibly private. Surrounded by tropical foliage and flowering plants, it offers multiple spots to relax, dine, or take a dip in the pool. With views of the San Gabriel Mountains, the space feels both expansive and intimate—more magical in person than photos can capture.
-Private Pool with Waterfall Lounge under the trees, cool off in the pool, or sip wine in the hot tub under the stars. Framed by mature landscaping, the outdoor area feels like your own hidden resort.
-Beautiful Interiors Inside, the home is filled with natural light, original artwork, and lush indoor plants that echo the greenery just outside. Large windows in the living room frame views of the garden and pool, blurring the line between indoors and out. A mix of cozy and chic furnishings makes the space feel both stylish and serene.
-Flexible Layout Three bedrooms—including one with a separate entrance—offer flexibility for couples, small groups, or families looking to slow down and savor their surroundings.
*** Important to Know *** This is our primary home—not a full-time rental—so it’s only available for a few weeks each year. If the dates work for you, it's a rare opportunity to stay in a one-of-a-kind space that’s typically off the market.
This is a quiet, residential home meant for rest, not hosting. If you're looking for a peaceful escape—not a place to gather a group—we're a great fit.
While the home is thoughtfully prepared for guests, a few closets and cabinets remain locked for storage. We’ve taken care to ensure it still feels like your own private retreat—not someone else’s house.
Other Things to Note: The pool is deep and does not have safety fencing. There are also several steps throughout the yard, so the space may not be ideal for toddlers. However, non-mobile infants or older, safety-conscious kids may be a great fit.(Please note we do not provide baby equipment or kid-specific gear.)
*** This Space Is Perfect For: *** -Guests seeking a peaceful, private escape that feels far from the city—without actually leaving it - Small friend groups or families with older kids who’ll appreciate a quiet, comfortable base while exploring the area - Digital nomads craving a garden-surrounded work-cation (with blazing-fast Wi-Fi and ergonomic workstation that you'll love almost as much as the dreamy post-work pool)
*** In Summary *** This isn’t just another Airbnb. It’s a rare urban sanctuary—lush, artful, and full of soul—offered only select weeks out of the year.

Wow! This place is absolutely magical. We've stayed at countless rentals around LA over the years, and this is by far our favorite –an unbeatable combination of a beautiful, well-equipped house and a spectacular backyard area.We spent most of our stay in and out of the pool and hot tub which are surrounded by beautiful gardens and mountain views. We're not typically outdoor eaters, but the outdoor space was so inviting, we ended up having most of our meals on the deck. Inside, the house is beautifully decorated and immediately felt relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable with nice linens. We tend to cook at home rather than take out, so we appreciated a kitchen that had everything we needed to make a great meal. Liz was a very welcoming host and had everything set up so we could find our way around easily. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Next time – and there will be a next time –we will come with a couple of good friends.
