Greg and his wife were great guests. They followed all house rules and left the kitchen as clean as when they left as when they checked in.. I would welcome them back anytime

One of the worse guest I have ever had! This guest was ill prepared for a stay in the mountains and snow and blames it on my home😡!! She drove a vehicle that was not a all or 4 wheel drive and got stuck several times I guess which was not in my driveway as mu videos proved to VRBO and had to be towed and tries to charge me for it!! It started snowing in the afternoon the day her son went skiing and Wolfe Creek would not let cars without all wheel drive up the mountain, that is why he was stuck. Pagosa has shuttles he could have taken back home but I guess he chose to hit h hike instead of paying for transportation. The refrigerator was working when they checked in., when she told me there was a issue I said I would send my guy over to put a portable one in and look over the problem that most likely she left the door open and it would take 24 to 48 hours for the Freon to recirculate properly. She refuses and said to see if it cools down on its own. I never told her to leave the property only to take her car out of the driveway for 10 minutes for the plow to clear the driveway of snow after it has snowed for easy access in and out which I do after every snow storm. After her first complaint was denied by VRBO she put in.a seconded one saying they did not leave voluntarily, but I kicked them out VRBO denied their second lie! Do not rent to this person, they make bad decisions when planning their trips and then lie when they have issues to covers their mistakes!

Shawna's group left the home with stained bedding, urine smell all over the bathroom and used feminine products left in the bedroom trash. They also were late checking out which left my maid 30 minutes behind when we had a same day check in. . Shawna was quiet, but these other issue caused hardship on my maid and an extra $25 cleaning fee to me due to the state the home was left in and the late check out.

It is not mandatory that I have a ice maker, I am in the process of having a water line installed, but my property manager who takes care of these matter is going through throat cancer right now and when he is better I will attend to it. The deck that is spoken of was inspected and signed off after built. and is legal. I have never seen a ant inside the home and if she is speaking of outside the home, I am sorry but we are in the mountains and surrounded by untamed land.and grasses. I have enough space legally and safely to maneuver around the home. I’ve never had a guest say they had any issues kidding around the home, not all hallways are 5 foot wide. I was not aware of the bathtub plug and it will be addressed as well as a first aid kit installed in the home. Thank you for your review

There was a mistake of the star rating I gave to this guest, it should have been 1! This guest broke almost every rule there was to break! They checked in 4 hours earlier than they were allowed to. They smoked in my home. My whole home smelt like a cigarette factory when I walked in. One of the men came to my private studio at 9:30 in the evening to trying to get me to open my door instead of messaging me. One of the men was wandering around my private studio at 4 am. They left bowel remains all over the toilet. It was disgusting! I have video and pictures of all of this. I would never rent to these people again! They state the home was nothing like they expected, really? In what way? They made untruthful accusations without explaining themselves. They made this rating because they were afraid of me reporting them for all the wrong doings they committed!
