Clean, comfortable and relaxing location. Never feel left out from your group with the open concept living area. Flat screen Roku TV with Netflix included. Grill outside on the BBQ and enjoy the large lawn with expansive views. The yard is fenced and locked gate at night.

Completely remodeled home with all the comforts and amenities of being at home. Easy access to anything in Fresno within 15 minutes.
Located in the country but also close to grocery stores, restaurants and near highway 180 with easy access to anything in Fresno.

Fifteen minutes to Fresno Chaffee Zoo, Wild Water Adventures, Woodward Park, Foriestere Underground Gardens (a one of a kind experience), Old Town Clovis, Tower District, Savemart Center, and Downtown Fresno.
