Good stay in North Fresno- freshly renovated, nice neighborhood.

Think this is the first VRBO review. We came to visit friends who live very close to this home. Nice location for walking and you can walk to very good restaurants - especially Parma. Neighbors were friendly and area seems safe. Good location for day trip to Paso Robles. Home is very recently renovated and everything is new. We think the house will probably evolve a bit more once people start staying here. Nice layout and plenty of beds - we only used the King bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Shower was a bit small for a large/tall person but nice. 3 smart TVs in house. Heat and water pressure is good - if someone flushes while you are in shower - yikes! Couch in family room comfortable. There are 2 couches in front room that make into beds - we didn't try them out. The other bedrooms seem fine - didn't try out beds or anything. Kitchen is new with adequate number pots/pans/dishes - not yet ready for a big family with serious cooking. Pots & pans good quality and there is a crock pot. We wished for all cotton sheets - good quality polyester microfiber was there - was ok. There is a business/retail area just behind house - blocked by a tall wall - where the nice restaurants are. Some traffic noise if windows are open - quiet later in evening. Host was very responsive when we couldn't figure out the entry lock unit. She was very pleasant. Problem was solved promptly. We enjoyed our stay and would probably book this home again.

Why they chose this property

North Fresno is a vibrant and accessible community. It is safe for families and that’s the number one priority to me it is also a little bit private without being a gated community. Is conveniently located close to the 41 freeway which takes you to California’s most magnificent National Parks, Yosemite, Sequoia, and Kings Canyon also Bass Lake among so many other wonderful places to enjoy nature.

What makes this property unique

We did our best to make the house feel like a home away from home but at the same time a place where you can relax and enjoy yourself whether you’re vacationing or on a business trip.
