Located in a prime area at the gated Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club, this first floor 2 BD, 2 BA is spacious & recently decorated to reflect artist owners with Hawaiian decor. No lugging heavy suitcases or bags of groceries up flights of stairs. Your reserved parking spot is right in front of the building and just a few steps away. Magnificent views are offered from your private large lanai of the Kona Country Club, which is open to the public, and a large grassy area for family fun.
Inside you’ll find a remodeled stocked kitchen so that you can cook your own meals, should you choose to do so, or you can go a short distance up Alii Drive to the Keauhou Shopping Center where you’ll find restaurants, drug store, grocery store, movie theater complex, book store, coffee shop, boutiques and even a Jam’s World for Hawaiian wear. Each Friday there is free live Hawaiian entertainment for your pleasure.
The dining room has seating for 6 at your glass table and 2 at the bar & good times will be had as you gather around.
The connecting living space comfortably seats 6 on 2 comfortable sofas, one of which opens up to a queen bed and a large chair, ottoman & additional recliner! You’ll find a TV here with cable for your favorite shows. Free WiFi is available. Guest Bedroom Roku TV too!
All of these rooms have a view out the large glass doors opening up to your private lanai. You’ll enjoy relaxing here, complete with 2 reclining lounge chairs and 1 table that seats 4! Additional tables and chairs are in the locked outdoor closet for your use. Inside this closet you’ll find beach and recreation items for your use.
Adjoining the living space is the Master bedroom and a Cal King bed with bright colorful decor to add to your enjoyment. It also opens up to your lanai and view. There are sliding shoji screens that you can close for privacy. The large master bathroom offers you a luxurious tiled shower complete with a teak fold up seat. You’ll also find a full sized washer & dryer here for your convenience. There is a door so that your master suite can be closed off from the other bedroom for privacy.
Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Second bedroom offers cheerful bedding & 1 twin bed & 1 Queen Bed. All rooms have ceiling fans & Air Conditioning! This amenity is an additional $25.00 per night. This charge is automatically added to your bill upon booking. If you would prefer to not have AC please inform a written request to have this amenity and charge removed from your bill. 2 other free standing fans are available for your use. Throughout our condo you’ll find original art work inspired by the Big Island and the Hawaiian culture.The condo complex is located on 17 acres of beautifully landscaped property that offer you a pavilion with grills, picnic tables, and a grass volleyball court nearby. A short walk takes you to the remodeled pool where you can swim laps or just relax. Tennis/Pickleball player? Then this is the place for you. There are 3 professional style Tennis/Pickleball courts with night lighting. Numerous Hawaiian archaeological sites with descriptions throughout the complex that you can explore. If you’re into ocean views and sunsets, just walk out of the condo, turn left and walk a short distance between buildings 1 and 2 to the public access. There you’ll find a walking path along the lava rock and crashing waves and a picnic table where you can have pupus and drinks while you watch for humpback whales in season, spinner dolphins and sunsets. Who knows, you might even be lucky enough to see the green flash.
