#1 Frio River Grove Rentals

We are located approximately 60-75 yards from The Beautiful Frio River. We are in a prime location for tubing and kayaking. The houses are equipped all your basic kitchen appliances, cookware, plates, bowls, cups etc. We also provide linens for all beds. we DO NOT provide any towels. A signed rental agreement is required prior to check in. This agreement will be emailed to you after you have reserved your reservation. You will need to provide us your email address, through Airbnb messaging.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great location!

This property was conveniently located next to Garner state park and the Frio River. The house had a full size kitchen, was very clean and had plenty of space to accommodate our family. I will be back!

Property location is wonderfully. Cabin is wonderf only complaint is that beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were not good. Definitely need to bring your own pillows

This is a beautiful piece of property and the staff was available, kind, and respectful. Pack extra toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen trash bags, dish towels, dishwasher detergent, kitchen dish sponge, river and bath towels, and blankets. include coffee grounds, salt/pepper, foil, and other common kitchen household items. Also bring small table lamps for the bedrooms if you want low light for the evenings and mornings.

Girls Trip at the Frio

These little houses were cute & in a great location. Unfortunately we came during a drought haha But we made the best of it. Would consider staying here again.

Frio Vacation

Cabin was clean and close to the river. The property manager Nina was very helpful with anything that we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay!

Check-in was super easy and clean. The cabin was fairly new and perfect for a large family like ours or 2 smaller "normal" size families. It was equipped nicely with the basics and they did a great job of communicating their amenities and what you needed. The property was beautiful and great location on the water (just a short walk). Location was great for small children to walk to the Frio and play in shallow water, small rapids, and further down there was rope swing the older kids enjoyed. They were building fire pits as we were there which will be a nice addition property.

Great stay!

The property was clean, quiet, and ideally located right on the river at Magers Crossing. It was very convenient to go into Garner State Park for a hike then float down to the house.

This property was bought in 2017. We had a dream to build beautiful houses on the Frio River with amazing views. We were so lucky to be able to build our dream. Our family has held the Tri-Canyon dearly in our heart for many years. It is a special place to make memories for our family and we hope you make memories like we have when you stay with us.

Why they chose this property

Our property is located right on Magers Crossing. This is a hotspot for Kayaking and Tubing. We are located a couple miles from Garner State Park. There are so many fun things to do while staying with us. Hiking, Tubing, Kayaking, Bird watching, Swimming, Dancing, Golfing, Horseback riding, shopping and spending time with your loved ones

What makes this property unique

The views from our houses are amazing. In the mornings and evenings you can watch the deer, birds, rabbits, squirrels and many other types of wildlife from your porch. It's a wonderful experience and we hope you stay with us to make memories.
