On the bay of Morgat and the gardens of the Grand Hôtel de la Mer, this house has large openings to the south. Located 30 meters from the beach, the 170 m2 house is close to direct access to the beach by a staircase. The Villa has a closed garage and proximity to all the shops in Morgat.
You can drop off your car and enjoy the seaside resort and all of its services on foot (sailing, diving, surfing, windsurfing, hiking, shopping, entertainment, etc.).
Fully equipped, the garden level is composed of a large living / dining room, a kitchen. A first bedroom (3 single beds) on the ground floor and 4 other double bedrooms upstairs. There are two bathrooms with separate toilets, and a very large double garage inside where you can install the ping pong table.

La maison est facile à trouver, très bien placée pour la plage. Stationnement sans problème. La maison est très grande et claire. La douche du niveau rez de jardin est propre mais pourrait être rénovée. Beaucoup de matériel à disposition. Le propriétaire est cordial, très serviable et disponible. Un 2ème jeu de clés serait pratique pour une location pour 10 personnes.

Maison de vacances agréable et très bien située

Très belles vacances dans cette grande maison idéalement située. Région magnifique pour pratiquer paddle, surf, randonnées et canoë dans les grottes. (Accompagnés de dauphins!) Très bon accueil du gérant immobilier, très sympathique.

lekker ruim huis, omheinde tuin, we konden lopend naar t strand .alles aanwezig. mooie barbecue, goeie tafeltennistafel, genoeg [tuin]stoelen , de auto kun je tegenover het huis in de schaduw zetten, dus altijd een koele auto !

Nous avons passe un superbe sejour en explorant la presqu’île de Crozon. La maison est très bien située, le gérant est super accueillant et aimable, et le jardin est un endroit parfait pour une sieste a l’ombre...

Déçue

Très grande maison en effet capable d'accueillir une dizaine de personnes.Très bien située par rapport à la mer. Meublée très ancien avec les 2 bras du canapé cassés, fauteuils très usagés. Quelques couacs du côté de l'accueil de la personne chargée de la remise des clés et de l'état des lieux. En retard sur l'horaire prévu il nous autorise, avant son arrivée, à entrer dans la maison. Devant tirer un lit situé contre un mur afin de mettre les draps nous découvrons des moutons de poussière en grand nombre sous le lit et toiles d'araignées dans une lampe de chevet. Dans une autre chambre où le lit est déjà tiré du mur il est évident que l'aspirateur n'a pas été passé depuis un bon moment . Nous décidons donc de passer l'aspirateur dans ces 2 pièces. A ce moment le monsieur arrive . Lui faisant remarquer ces moutons il nous rétorque que des moutons il y en a plein la lande et qu'il y a autre chose à faire à Crozon que de tirer les lits du mur et de chercher un poil de cul ayant appartenu à Louis Jouvet . Ensuite au vu d'une alèse jetable tachée dans un lit on lui demade de la changer il répond que ces alèses servent à plusieurs locataires et ne sont pas changées entre chaque locataire . IL ajoute que le ménage n'est pas fait à fond non plus entre chaque locataire (au vu du montant du prix du ménage que l'on paie 80€) ça me semblerait être un minimum. Enfin au vu de la fraîcheur dans la salle à manger, je lui demande s'il y a besoin de chauffage comment il fonctionne il répond : Pas de chauffage à cette période. Après cet épisode il nous a quand même communiqué des lieux à visiter et à découvrir. Il est certain que je ne reviendrais pas dans cette location et peut-être même à Crozon afin de ne pas croiser ce monsieur.
