- Direct access to 2 large sandy beaches of the ocean (no street to cross). Ideal location for families with children.
- Besides beaches, many sports activities (sailing, tennis, golf, horseback riding) or cultural and tourism (megaliths, castles, museums etc.) nearby. Walks or bike. Excursions in Belle Ile en Mer, Houat, Hoedic and the Gulf of Morbihan from Port Navalo.
- ARZON is conveniently located at the end of the Rhuys peninsula that closes the Gulf of Morbihan in the south. Its south side along the Atlantic Ocean, its north side, the Gulf of Morbihan.

Localisation et confort
L'appartement est idéalement placé et donne accès à de très belles plages. L'accès au port pour aller sur les îles est également très pratique.
Ensuite, il manque de confort pour faire la différence entre une prestation moyenne et une bonne prestation (micro ondes, douche,...)
