The apartment met our needs and was fairly roomy along with two bathrooms. The kitchen was adequate but not outstanding as far as cooking our own meals. The second bedroom was much smaller than the other (and bathroom) with the bed taking up most of the space. The second bathroom had a bulb out and a very slow draining sink (filled with water when shaving). The kitchen had ants continuously. The pillows were a bit sad. For a long stay like ours with four people, they really didn’t stock the essentials well (TP, shampoo, dishwasher pellets, trash bags).I had questions before arriving months in advance, and my messages were unanswered for weeks. The apartment was safe and secure, was located a block from the Promenade and close to many restaurants. Parking can be a bit of a challenge (a reserved garage spot is extra).A solid value for its overall size. Picking up the key at a lockbox was easy and around the corner. Really appreciated the 10:00 AM check-in.

Great vacation time

Location was great, a bit noisy street outside, but everything (shops, bus stops, old town) was located in stone's throw. Apartments are very spacious, well conditioned and well equipped. I think we chose the best possible apartments to stay in 4 weeks. We would try to book this apartments for the next year too. Thank you also for service done always in time!

Very charming apartment with superb location

The apartment were ideal for us. We were three persons and it suit us well with the two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nothing special to comment. Retro Apartment

The spaciousness of the apartment and its proximity to everything, especially the Promenade. The apartment was always cold. The central heating was not working and the electric heaters provided did not keep the place warm enough. Even worsewhen all three were on the circuit breaker would trigger turning the electricity off.

Nice quiet apartment close to the action

This was a nice apartment in an awesome area, a street away from the promenade. Air conditioning was strong and appreciated and kitchen was perfect to cook up some good meals. Downside was the couch was broken which we needed for my son. They said the apartment is a 2 bedroom and we can’t expect it to work. But it’s advertised to hold 6 people. We kept it out as a bed the whole time. Other than that, nice place

GREAT

The location of this apartment is excellent. I also loved the high ceilings, chandeliers, and the whole spaciousness of the place. It was pretty quiet as well. The bed was extremely comfortable and the showers had nice water pressure. I would like to make a special mention of just how fabulous the concierge service was. We were there during the Covid crisis and had to come home early because of it. Nestor and Jeeves was so helpful, kind and patient. The staff let us stay on hold with our airline at their front desk for over 4 hours. They kept changing our cab reservation to go along with our ever-changing flight, and always with a smile. I had my wallet stolen on the bus one day, and a staffer assisted me in filling out a police report. They consistently went above and beyond to provide whatever kind of service we needed, and did so always so professionally. I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart!!! They made all the difference.
