About this property

Oceanfront Corner Condo - Pinnacle 306

Direct oceanfront privately owned vacation condo located at The Pinnacle in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach.

Enjoy a wonderful vacation in our three bedroom, two bath third floor condo. The condo is located on the end of the building and has an oceanfront balcony directly off of the living area and a second balcony located off of the master bedroom. There is a full size kitchen, dining table for four, sleeper sofa, and two comfortable chairs. We put new flooring in the living, dining and hall area in 2023.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, private balcony, private master bathroom that has a jetted tub/shower combination and two sinks (we updated the cabinets in 2024). The other two bedrooms share a bathroom that has a shower(updated vanity 2024). There is one bedroom with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. All bedrooms have TV's with HTC cable and HTC wireless internet. There is also a small stack washer and dryer in the condo.

The property offers a heated enclosed pool, oceanfront tanning area, gas grill, and private access to the beach. Motorcycle parking is across the street and not allowed on property. Smoking is not allowed in public areas of the property, in the unit or on the unit balcony.

We supply 8 towels, wash rags, and a kitchen set for weekly and daily rentals. We suggest renters bring beach towels and additional towels, pillow cases etc. they may need.

***The condo rents weekly (Saturday to Saturday) from the Saturday prior to Memorial Day weekend through the Saturday following Labor Day every year.***

Nice Condo but…

Nice condo but there were a couple concerns: 1. Not a lot of parking so we had to park across the street several times. 2. Could not figure out how to turn on the living room ceiling fan. 3. WE FOUND A USED CONDOM INDER THE COUCH!!! When we talked to the rental office about this at checkout, they didn’t seem to apologetic. That was frustrating.

Family vacation of 8. Ocean front with view. Very spacious. Couple downsides is poor cable & WiFi weak, twin beds don’t seem very sturdy and beds are stiff, parking is very limited even with overflow parking. Plus sides condo has AC and there is a closed in pool. It was very quiet which was great.

Overall a nice place to stay

The location is perfect and overall the condo is nice. The only thing we really longed for was better mattresses. I did have a problem with the provided password protected WiFi, however, as someone gained access to some accounts that I logged into while using it, but I don’t think that is a condo related problem - just use caution when using it! Other than that, it’s a very nice place to stay!
