Spacious Oceanfront corner unit + Free Attraction Tickets!

***Effective 3/26/2025 – All balconies are closed until further notice due to safety concerns. No one is permitted on the balcony at any time or for any reason. Once plans are finalized, balcony work will be started. Additional work that will be going on for the next 12+ months will include but not be limited to roof replacement, guardrail replacement, sliding glass door replacement, storage door replacement, stair well repairs, and parking structure repairs. Due to building work, the pool will be closed at times for safety reasons. Work will be ongoing and noisy at times. As of 12/1/2025 work is just getting scheduled/started but there is no set schedule yet so we do not know what is being done or when. However, we have been told that some sort of work will be going on for at least a year (most, if not all, of 2026). We apologize in advance for the inconvenience. Rate adjustments have already been made so if you choose to rent, no additional compensation will be offered.***

This recently updated 3 Bedroom and 2 Bath can accommodate your family of 10 with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen and 1 Double/Double Bunk in the second bedroom and 1 Queen in the third bedroom.

This spacious 7th floor corner unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large oceanfront balcony off of the living room and master bedroom and a nice and open living room and dining room for your enjoyment. Also provided is 4 TV's, 4 DVD's, walk-in shower in the master bath, free Wifi and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Ocean Towers is located in the Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach making it convenient to most Restaurants and Attractions! The on-site amenities include a outdoor street side pool, children's pool, sundeck, pool side restrooms, outdoor shower, elevator and 2 car parking across the street.

Vacation 2025

The condo and location was nice just wished that we was told that we couldn't use the balcony, before we checked in one of the things we like to do when we are at the beach is to sit out on the balcony and watch and listen to the waves!

Wonderful stay

This is the cleanest property we've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Beautiful view from balcony. Very comfortable and well-stocked kitchen. Ample towels etc. We will be staying here again!!

Excellent Stay!

We loved the condo! Is was plenty spacious for 4 adults and 4 kids. The oceanfront view was incredible. The only negative was that the air conditioning didn't seem to keep up, but it was not very hot during our stay so it wasn't a real issue. Would recommend!

North MB Condo perfect for family!

Very clean, comfy, and well maintained! The kitchen was beautiful! The dinner table was large and easily fit the whole family. Beach views were great on the 7th floor. Look forward to a future stay. The beach was not packed which was great for allowing the kids to run freely!

Great family getaway

Went to the beach to celebrate birthdays and close out the summer. This place fit us perfectly. Checked in after hours so we had to return to the office the next day to sign papers. Only issue we had is there are no comforters on the beds. It’s kind of like a duvet cover without the duvet. However, there are extra blankets in the closets that we used and it worked just fine. Also, beware the queen bed is very high so we had to find something for my mom to step on to be able to climb into bed. All in all, our stay was great and we would definitely rent again!

Needs updated

The condo itself is decent, but the entire complex needs updated desperately. Saw one cockroach crawling on the cabinets in the kitchen, which I realize is hard to be avoided, but again the property was overall just in poor shape, elevator was very dirty as well. Pool area very unkept.

Check in was quick, but we would have rather not have had to check in at a separate location. The complex was clean and well maintained. Just a elevator ride to the beach. Easy parking, restaurants are just a 5 minute drive away. Tons of activities for the kids located just 10 minutes away. Kitchen fully stocked. Didn’t have to deal with the rental company much but everyone I did talk to was friendly.

Reviewer Comments: Just a couple of concerns - we were not told in advance that the washer could only use one type of soap which very frankly I had never heard of; not sure what could be done with this one but when those renting the unit are responsible for cleaning the kitchen pots and pans, we found a lot of left over food stuck to the pans and having a scrubbing pad may help, dishes washed in dishwasher not a problem. For folks who have cable TV and not Roku can have a problem as we did - finally figured it out but for us senior citizens that kind of technology is hard to understand. We have our traditions in terms of restaurants - Chestnut Hills and the Chesapeake House - been going there for a long time. And of course Barefoot Landing special. We just thoroughly enjoyed kicking back and enjoying the wonderful ocean view - actually saw a red fox on the dunes.

Needs repairs and more updating

Unit layout was good. Air conditioner was broke. Property manager provided portable units but one of them didn’t work. They sent a repair person, but he couldn’t fix it because of dark and rain. Then it turned off rainy and cold. Master bedroom was cold as ice, but other two bedrooms were almost too warm. Just bad up and down temperature situation and we had no control to make it comfortable. Sofas were rump sprung. Felt like you were sitting in a hole. Hard to push footrest down for elderly people. Very uncomfortable. Couldn’t find a mixing bowl (except big salad bowl)in kitchen or any scissors. We actually decided to leave one night early rather than be miserable through another night. Property manager tried to help and was very nice.

OMG. I loved this place! We all did! Everyone said I did an EXCELLENT job picking this place. I will absolutely stay here again. The location was perfect, it was quiet, the views were beautiful; i loved being able to just run down to the beach and back up to the condo if needed with no fuss. Balcony not being available was not an issue at all for us.

A great vacation but a little disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great except that one of our toilets was out of order when we arrived on Saturday. It wasn't repaired until Monday night. This was a big inconvenience since the only working toilet was in the master suite. We had 3 families using one toilet! I was promised a financial compensation for the major inconvenience that it caused...I am still waiting on the financial compensation. If they come through with that, I will change my satisfaction to 4 stars. Up until this year, it has always been 5 stars. I plan to return and stay with them again if they compensate us. It has been a great company so far.

It began with my wife and our 5 children, and all these years later, it's now our 5 adult children, their spouses, and 7 grandchildren. #701 is the nicest condo we've even stayed in, as the owners did a fantastic job in remodeling the 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. I haver also enjoyed working with North Beach Reality, and especially with Eileen Leibee (Vacation Rentals). Thank you!

What a beautiful unit!

This unit is perfect for 2 families! My family (of 4) met up with family from NC (of 4) and stayed a week in this beautiful 3 bedroom. The whole unit has been updated and the kitchen is perfect for multi family cooking. The elevator ride is short and wasn’t busy the whole week. Many days we were able to have the pool all to ourselves. The building is probably an older building but you definitely weren’t able to tell from inside this condo!
