. 2km800 from Ile Rousse, rental of an apartment in the town of Monticello for 4 people of 60 m2, located on the ground floor of a villa .. With a large swimming pool to share with the owners. (children are under the close supervision of the parents). 1 living room with fitted kitchen for 4 people. a large room of around 15 m2 with the possibility of sleeping 2 young children on a 120 cm sofa bed with a large screen TV. A living room with 140 cm sofa bed, large screen TV. A 6 m2 storage cellar / dressing room serving as a wardrobe with washing machine. A large garden of 1000 m2. Beautiful hikes nearby. Independent entrance

Communication facile, des propriétaires accueillants et discrets. Mais bémol sur le ménage, tiroirs et placards de la cuisine collent, odeurs dans le cajibi qui sert de dressing, (nous n avons pas pu y mettre nos vêtements ils sont restés dans nos valises) la partie jardin de la location n’est pas entretenue du moins pas comme sur les photos ! Joints salle de bain et cuvette des toilettes à changer ! Néanmoins la literie est bonne, et la piscine est top ! Wifi correcte, cependant Il reste quelques efforts à faire !

Je m'attendais à avoir que des critiques, j'ai eu pour la 1 ère fois ma dose à votre départ !, car vous m'avez même dit que le fait d'avoir 2 cafetières 1 expresso et une normale cela ne servait à rien ! Pour le jardin, il ne pouvait pas être impeccable après 10 jours de grand vent et que l'été la pelouse sèche et que nous n'avons pas le droit d'arroser ! Pour la salle de bain, il est prévu d'enlever la baignoire et de mettre une douche et que l'on va aussi mettre un WC suspendu cet hiver, mais elle n'était pas sale, juste vieillotte ! D'ailleurs je vous l'ai dit !(critique qui n'est pas valable pour l'année prochaine, elle sera neuve) Pour l'odeur du cellier, du coup, j'ai demandé à ceux qui y sont là actuellement, ils n'ont rien senti de spéciale, peut-être l'odeur du lave-linge quand il tourne avec la lessive ! Je suis désolée, que vos vacances chez nous n'ont pas été très bonnes

Tranquillité au rendez-vous

Superbe séjour passé à Monticello. L'emplacement est vraiment idéal par rapport au centre de l'île Rousse. Tous les équipements disponibles dans le logement font qu'on se sent tout de suite à la maison. Nous étions complètement indépendants et avons eu la piscine pous nous tous seuls, les propriétaires étant très discrets et charmants. Nous reviendrons !

Il nostro soggiorno è stato gradevole, posizione ottima per le spiagge, piscina, giardino, barbecue, persone a modo e ingresso autonomo... peccato per le formiche ma pare che sia così in tutta la Corsica.

Vacances à Monticello à côté de l'île Rousse

Nous avons passé 5 jours agréables dans l'appartement de Martine avec la piscine à disposition et une vue sur la mer. De belles balades à faites et de jolis villages à visiter.

Superbe situation, à 10 min de la plage, et la piscine à disposition.

Les propriétaires sont adorables et ont contribué à la superbe réussite de ces vacances en famille! L appartement est indépendant et très fonctionnel, et juste à côté de la piscine ! Le jardin est très bien entretenu , avec lauriers roses et bougainviliers. Nous avons passé de magnifique vacances sur cette île paradisiaque !
