I should’ve read the other reviews and then I would’ve known better what to expect. I think the pictures of the listing are a little outdated as the furniture was run-down. The house was pretty clean, but there wasn’t much there for supplies. The location was convenient and the price was good.
We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was conveniently located to the things we needed to do and was a nice place to spend our spare time. We were there for a month and I would definitely be willing to stay there again when I am in the area. It was very nice to have our own driveway in an area where many houses appeared to only have street parking.

Basic
This home is basic nothing fancy about it. You get what you pay for. We were pretty much looking for a place to sleep at night and that's what we got. The home is not in greatest neighborhood. ggreasshapeshape, idefinitelneeds sTLC.

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Nice manager but very poorly furnished and equipped.
As expected it's an older 2 story house in an older neighborhood. Not expected was the lack of typical basic amenities and furnishings; e.g. no tables, lamps, or chairs in the bedrooms. No basic spices, and almost no cooking utensils or hardware even cups for coffee. Saying it's handicap friendly is a hugh stretch. VRBO also overcharged us a day which was problematic to recover and we never received refund of the taxes and fees for the day we'd been overcharged.

Cute tiny home in the North End area
The host, Greg was excellent with responses and the check-in process was easy. The property was a bit older and the windows & doors were dated. It was a cute tiny home with basic necessities and minimal items to use in kitchen. *Please bring your own paper towels and toilet paper.* The bathroom was spacious but the hardest part was the walk from down the 2nd floor stairs to get to the one bathroom on the 1st floor was a bit tedious to get there. Also, it was kind of creepy to dry our clothes because the dryer was located awkwardly right by the dark basement stairway. And the WiFi and TV connection lagged from time to time. Surprisingly, the neighborhood was quiet in the North End area and the only noises were either the fire trucks going by or random noises at times. However, we didn't get the patio table and umbrella in the back yard as pictured. It would have been nice to sit outside or start a BBQ since it was nice out.
Overall, our family enjoyed our stay there. We had our privacy and the beds were comfortable along with the four chairs dining table had worked out for us. It's nothing fancy but the place was roomy enough for the four of us. We just wished that we had the time to utilize the gym and sauna at the fitness place down the street. We would advise everyone to use the amenities when they stay here since the gym is a perk.
This was a nice stay for a quick getaway. It was small and cozy for the price. Only thing is more cleaning supplies available for cleaning up quick messes like grease but other than that it was a nice stay.
The owner of this home is wonderful. He was quick to respond and very respectful. Use of the gym/sauna across the street is an added bonus! I had rented this house for a girls weekend and we all felt very safe during our stay. The conditions of the home are okay, but for the price I was happy overall. It was perfect for us and I would stay here again.
