SeaBreeze Jazz Fest weekend

I had an amazing stay. Great location to the pier and surround restaurants. Beautiful decor with awesome view. It felt warm and inviting. I would love to stay again.

Perfect Spring Break

Great location and perfect for traveling with kids! Security was fabulous! Everyone had their own space. Indoor pool was great for chilly nights. Pier Park is so close!

Great Spring Break Getaway!

Great Views!

We were in town from Colorado for a long weekend. The accommodations were outstanding and just what we were looking for compared to a hotel. The views of the beach and gulf from the 19th floor were amazing. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a similar experience. If we decide to visit the area again, I would definitely book this again.

View was amazing. Condo was clean and spacious. Property grounds were clean and well maintained. The store in site was a huge plus! Great ice cream and cocktails. The 2 pools were a huge hit with our kids. They were big and never felt over crowded.The only issue we had wasn’t with the condo it was with the property itself. Our condo was on the 19th floor and elevators were horrible. At one point we had waited 45 minutes and still couldn’t get an elevator so we ended up having to go down 19 flights of stairs. Overall our stay was good.

Girls Trip!

We love the Tidewater and its location! Our only downside is the elevator situation but Tidewater is definitely working to improve that situation. Pool is great! Love the beachside pool. It’s great to sit at the pool and be practically on the beach at the same time. The hot tub is used more as a kiddy pool. Not much room for adults. Great vacation!

Great place to stay

Place was wonderful. Elevators are a mess during check in/out process. Understanding the umbrella rentals could be explained better. Front desk doesn't really know. Go to the hut. A real coffee pot would be great. The unit itself was great! Wonderful view.

Good owner, bad elevator situation

Loved the condo and location. Owner was very prompt with answering questions. Clerk at check-in was not very friendly and the elevator situation needs addressed in a bad way. It is ridiculous to wait 30-45 minutes to get on an elevator. Not the owners fault, but a bad situation when you're paying for a vacation that is not cheap.

The furnishings in the two bedrooms were fine, but no place to put your clothes in a drawer. No extra toilet paper, no kitchen towels, no paper towels at all. The sofa needs replacing. Other than that the place was good.

Elevator hell

The property was clean in a good area, exactly like the pictures, but the elevator situation made the stay ridiculous. When you have to walk down 19 floors to do something it’s just too much for three adults and a six-year-old.. the issue was not that they didn’t work. The issue was you would wait 45 minutes to an hour to get one.

Condo excellent with fully equipped kitchen. Views are superb. Price great. Pools great! Saw dolphins, stingrays and a shark and even a manatee from the balcony.Not a lot of restaurants and pubs within walking distance so prepare to wait in traffic on parkway. Elevators - ahhhhhh!Recommend stocking the frig and kick back and relax on the beach, forget the hustle and bustle of the traffic.

Great

Only problem was with heat. It was COLD and heat wouldn't work. Owner sent maintenance guy around and he brought up a space heater which kept us warm but never understood why couldn't switch from cool to heat in unit. Have stayed at Tidewater in different units for over 20 years and never had a problem like this.

Beautiful Views!

We loved staying here! The views were incredible, the condo was clean, and the beds were comfy! My one complaint was that our check-in email went to my spam folder and I didn’t see it until too late. I ended up having to pay a higher resort fee for checking in “late” (day of) as bands and parking passes are not included in your reservation and the staff of the resort were extremely rude. However, our great experience overall makes up for it and our host was both gracious and hospitable!

Wonderful

This condo was wonderful. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Even had some condiments which is great because thats usually the one thing we forget to buy. The location was perfect. Right on the beach and walking distance to Pier Park. Recommended this place to all our family and friends.

This unit is beautifully decorated and has a great view from the 19th floor. Very spacious living area. Great water pressure in all showers. There is only a pod-use Kerig as a coffee maker with no reusable pod available; no regular coffee maker for making a whole pot of coffee. You will be charged an additional registration fee by the facility upon arrival. Make sure you pre-register at LEAST 24-hours prior to arrival or you will be charged a late fee as well. There are security personnel located at all entrances and access to the elevators are by use of provided sensor wrist bands, so you feel safe when you are going to your room.
