at the foot of the ventoux new quiet villa

at the foot of Ventoux, the new and modern house of 110 m2 is located in the countryside but not isolated it is 15 minutes from Carpentras, 35 minutes from Avignon and 3 km from the gorges de la nesques

The house is spacious, comfortable and bright with fully equipped kitchen and large living room.
The garden is closed, private parking with also a closed garage for a car and your possible bikes.
You can take advantage of the covered terrace sheltered from the sun or spend a moment around the swimming pool on the outdoor terrace which is equipped with deckchairs. The pool is 6.5m x 3.5m with a depth of 1.50m
Regarding reservations between June 15 and September 15, we only accept from Saturday to Saturday or 7 nights.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Bij aankomst goed contact en ontvangst met de eigenaar. Mooie en nette kamers. Zwembad is zeker een pluspunt. Het huisje is afgelegen van andere dorpjes, dus voor boodschappen moet je met de auto. De omgeving is erg mooi, we hebben genoten.

excellent séjour en famille dans une très belle région

Maison conforme à l'annonce très confortable située exactement à Saint-Estève (commune de Blauvac) la vue sur le Ventoux est splendide Jolie piscine mais non chauffée et donc eau un peu fraîche pour la baignade ( début de saison) la région est vraiment très jolie avec beaucoup de belles choses à découvrir dans les environs. un très bon séjour au calme dans une belle maison très bien équipée et confortable. Wifi ADSL OK .

Zeer 'koel' huis op rustige locatie

Dit is een mooi en goed uitgerust huis. Het is voorzien van een zeer goed acclimatisatie systeem en zwembad, wat zeker in de zomer een groot voordeel is. Onze enige opmerking is dat we geboekt hadden voor 4 personen en dat er ook maar voor 4 personen bedden gedekt waren... terwijl er 6 bedden waren. Dit gaf je niet zelf de keuze welke bedden er gebruikt zouden worden. Ook is het 2-persoonsbed van de 'master' bedroom zeer smal en niet comfortabel voor 2 volwassenen. Voor deze prijsklasse mocht dit zeker net iets beter zijn. Voor het overige is de gastheer zeer vlot bereikbaar en zeer vriendelijk en waren we zeker wel erg tevreden over onze vakantie.

Mooie, ruime woning met groot terras. Het zwembad is super bij een temperatuur van ca. 30 graden. Ruime garage voor auto en fietsen. Rustige omgeving op ca. 2km van dorpskern (bakker, cafeetje). Ideale uitvalsbasis voor fiets- en wandeltochten. Zeer goed restaurant op wandelafstand (1,5 km) tussen de wijngaarden.

Mooie verzorgde vakantiewoning

Wij hebben genoten van een fijne vakantie in de recente en prima ingerichte vakantiewoning. Alle modern comfort is aanwezig .Prima locatie voor wie graag geniet van de rust in de prachtige natuur in de omgeving van de altijd zichtbare Mont Ventoux. Zeer geschikt voor recreatieve fietsers.

Fantastic spot

our stay here was one of the best! The house is clean with all the amenities we needed. The pool was perfect for our three kids, and the place was nicely air conditioned to keep cool. The best part is the view. Highly recommend a stay here. We hope to be back.

Beautiful house with a view on the Mont Ventoux surrounded by vineyards

Eric and Wilma were the perfect hosts and their house had all we needed to have a wonderful family holiday! The location is perfect if you want to go up the Ventoux, to Carpentras, Orange, Sault and Avignon or if you want to go on a wine tour of the region. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed splashing in the pool with our 3 children every day. The house has underfloor air con which keeps it at the perfect temperature in every room all day and night long! it is AMAZING especially when temperatures are in the mid- 30s in August! The house also comes with a garage to keep your car in the shade :0) We thoroughly recommend this house if you are looking for a picturesque location with typical Provencal villages around and very caring/attentive hosts!
