Ground floor: entrance hall, toilet, 33 m² living room with television and double sofa-bed, fitted kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator), cellar, garage, covered terrace, patio, barbecue and garden furniture. First floor: 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds), bathroom and toilet. The house is located in a quiet district, 0.5 km from Apt and 100 m from a cycle path.

Great stay in Apt

Gerard was a great host. All his recommendations re local restaurants and beautiful hilltops villages - were spot on. Such a beautiful area - so much to see. Don’t miss Apt market. The house is beautifully clean and well furnished. The garden is quiet, secluded and the pool surprisingly large. We had a very special week.

Family holiday villa in Apt

Beautiful villa with a good size of a pool. We spent a week in July and despite high temperatures the villa was nice and cool even without condition air on. The villa was extremely clean with all the amenities that you could think off. Great location in the heart of Luberon, close to all the beautiful villages. Gerard was very helpful, good communication. Highly recommend, we would definitely come back.

The villa was lovely, very clean and comfortable and the location absolutely perfect for all the amenities in Apt and for driving out to various Provencal hill top villages. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem.Der Pool ist immer sauber. Sobald irgendetwas auf dem Wasser schwimmt, wird es in kürzester Zeit in den Abflussschacht gespült. Zu Fuß sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Markt und Restaurants gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hält sich diskret zurück.

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, einige Tage in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus in Apt im Herzen des Luberon zu verbringen – und was sollen wir sagen: Es war einfach perfekt!Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal – absolut ruhig gelegen und dennoch nur wenige Gehminuten von der charmanten Altstadt von Apt entfernt. Man kann morgens zu Fuß frisches Baguette holen oder abends durch die kleinen Gassen schlendern, ohne auf das Auto angewiesen zu sein. Zugleich ist das Haus der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die schönsten Orte der Provence – ob Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux oder Ménerbes, alles ist gut erreichbar und absolut sehenswert.Das Haus selbst übertrifft jede Erwartung – in Wirklichkeit ist es sogar noch schöner als auf den ohnehin vielversprechenden Fotos. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und blitzsauber. Der große Pool lädt mit der herrlichen Umgebung zum Entspannen ein – eine Oase der Ruhe und Erholung.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft von Gérard, dem Vermieter. Man spürt in jedem Detail, wie wichtig es ihm ist, dass sich seine Gäste rundum wohlfühlen. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, herzlich und hilfsbereit - ein Gastgeber, wie man ihn sich nur wünschen kann!Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. 10 von 10 Punkten – wir kommen mit großer Freude wieder! Super Haus in guter Lage

Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, klimatisiert, schöner Pool etc. Von dort aus konnten wir in unmittelbarer Entfernung wandern, Städte anschauen und Lavendelfelder bewundern.

Wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt um den Luberon zu erkunden

Kleine Super-Villa mit eigenem Pool

Wir wurden vom Besitzer persönlich empfangen und mit den wichtigsten Dingen vertraut gemacht. Sehr nett! Das Haus ist pikobello sauber von oben bis unten! Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln! Für zwei Personen ideale Größe. Toiletten gibt es im Obergeschoss und im Erdgeschoss. es gibt eine abschließbare Garage! Die ist ein wenig tricky einzuparken, aber selbst mit einem SUV gut machbar. Und das highlight ist der von außen nicht einsehbare wunderbare und sehr saubere Pool. Kleidung nicht notwendig! Apt liegt in der Mitte des Luberon und kann gut für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen genutzt werden. Ansonsten ist die Stadt nicht soo wichtig. Das tägliche Baguette gibts im Supermarkt 5 Minuten entfernt. Summa: Die beste Ferienunterkunft die man sich ausdenken kann. Kleine Abstriche für die Stadt.

Schöne Tage im Herbst

Sehr angenehmes Haus. Wir können uns den guten Bewertungen unserer Vorgänger nur anschließen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, und hilfsbereit. Apt selbst ist nicht besonders attraktiv, aber dafür authentisch. Der Markt am Samstag war sehr schön. Er ist über die ganze Altstadt verteilt und ebenfalls sehr authentisch, also nicht nur Touristen-Nepp-Artikel, sondern man bekommt fast alles dort, so dass auch sehr viele Einheimische dort einkaufen. In einem Umkreis von 15 km gibt es auch schöne Orte ud man kann schöne Wanderungen machen.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit Familie in Apt

Wir haben zu viert (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder im Alter von 3 und <1 Jahren) unseren Aufenthalt in Apt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ordentlich gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie. Zwar liegt das Haus im Ort, ist aber sehr ruhig und man hat durch den gut angelegten Garten seine Privatsphäre. Der Vermieter ist äußerst nett und stets gut zu erreichen gewesen.

Sehr schöne Location

Die letzten warmen Sonnentage haben den Aufenthalt in diesem sauberen, liebevoll dekorierten Haus, in dem nichts fehlte, zu einem besonderen Moment gemacht. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den großen Pool und umgekehrt, waren sehr schön und außer dem zu harten Bett ( persönliche Emofindlichkeit) gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Der kurze Spaziergang nach Apt, einer unprätentiösen, authentischen Kleinstadt, war ein großer Vorteil, wenn man das Auto vermeiden möchte. Immer wieder gern zu dieser Adresse, wenn es uns nochmal in den wunderschönen Luberon ziehen sollte.

Lovely Family rental

The property was great with everything we needed for a relaxing family stay including a great private pool and terrace to dine on. Within striking distance of many beautiful villages, vineyards and activities for kids. It’s also an easy walk into Apt to get breakfast, go to the markets or dine.

Great Place to stay and centrally located

Our family of four spent a week at Gerard's house in Apt. It's a cozy home with all amenities and a wonderful pool. The house was well kept, clean and quiet. It's within walking distance of the a major super market and the center of town. The location is great to visit the beautiful cities and towns in this area of the Provence. Gerard was a wonderful and considerate host.
