Second floor unit overlooking the ocean with private entrance in a small, gated community. Watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony along the entire oceanfront side of the building with views of Christiansted and Buck Island-- seating to enjoy your coffee and libations. Quiet atmosphere and an easy beach walk to The Palms restaurant and bar. Washer and dryer in unit. Trade winds & ceiling fans keep this unit cool throughout the year. *Booking the same day as check-in or check-out day for others is not possible. Most flights out are late afternoon and as such we allow guests to stay comfortably at the condo until it's time to show up for their flight out. We've found that this greatly reduces the last day stress of a rigid checkout time. It may seem like an inconvenience when booking but will be greatly appreciated on your fly out day!

• Meals: Guests provide their own meals and drinks. Several grocery stores within a short driving distance.
• Galley Kitchen: new refrigerator and stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, basic utensils, pots & pans, dishes & pantry items.
• Ample breeze and ceiling fans keep this unit comfortable. Until recently the association prohibited central air or window units. HOWEVER, IMPACT (HURRICANE) WINDOWS, SLIDING GLASS DOORS AND SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER UNITS RECENTLY INSTALLED.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 to 14 days before arrival date.
