No Coconuts Cabana is close to many Emerald Isle favorites. You can walk to thr beach access, or drive the golf cart to help with the bags and beach toys.
If you want to explore more of the island, it is an easy car drive or a short walk to Gaffers Restaurant close by, Go Karts, Ice Cream, Beach Shop, Pizza and more!

NOISE:
Please be considerate of our neighborhood and our neighbors. Excessive noise and violations of "quiet hours" are 11 pm to 7 am.

FUNCTIONS/PARTIES:
Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited unless approved by the owners.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY:
No illegal activity is permitted on the VRBO OR AIRB&B property during the guest's stay.

SMOKING:
SMOKING AND VAPING ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE PROPERTY, BUT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO SMOKE OUTSIDE.
WE ASK THAT YOU DISPOSE OF BUTTS PROPERLY IN A SAFE MANNER! DO NOT PUT THEM IN LANDSCAPING PLEASE!

VAPING INSIDE COULD SET OFF SMOKE ALARMS & FIRE DEPARTMENT WILL BE CALLED AUTOMATICALLY.

SWIMMING POOL:
The Guest and Guest's Occupants are permitted to use the pool AT THEIR OWN RISK and agree to not hold the Owner's responsible for any injuries resulting from the use of the swimming pool. Breakable items, such as glassware, are not permitted in or around the pool area. A fee of $200 will be charged for violations plus costs incurred for clean up.
