Within 5 minutes in either direction you could be walking along the sandy beaches or strolling the streets of downtown. This brand new construction lends itself to a wonderful escape for couples and small families alike as it sleeps up to 4. Full fridge, microwave, cooktop, toaster and coffee pot. A full shower/tub combo fresh towels and linens. A king and full size bed with room darkening shades throughout. Flat screen TV with streaming capabilities, wifi and plenty of workspace. Situated on 8.5 acres of pristine woodland for complete privacy. Outdoor fire pit, Webber grill and new in 2020 an outdoor shower for the ultimate “be one with nature” experience. A RING home security system protects this property.

Goose Rocks Retreat was built on a parcel of land purchased close to the owner’s current home in Kennebunkport. The intent is to build a “forever” home on the remaining 7.5 acres deep into the woods. The Retreat lends itself to the ultimate escape from the hustle and bustle of day to day rhetoric. If privacy, relaxation, and peace & quiet matched with fine amenities is what you are in need of, look no further.
