Entire house, two story with 3 Queen beds, 3 full baths (two upstairs and one downstairs). Beautiful front courtyard and large backyard. This is our vacation home so it is fully stocked and furnished with everything you will need for a comfortable stay.
Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking with pots, pans and utensils plus some items like spices and oil etc. The stove and oven are electric. Saint Augustine recycles so we provide an eco-friendly recycling can. We have a full size washer and dryer with detergent for washing.
The living room has a large flat-screen TV with cable channels for relaxing. Wifi is also provided. The home has comfy touches with art and lighting.
Each Queen bed has a memory foam topper for comfortable sleeping. Bathrooms are also fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, sewing kit and other needed items.
The backyard is large enough for three to four cars to park which is a rarity in Saint Augustine. Once parked, you will only need your car if you want to leave Saint Augustine because everything is within walking distance. The front courtyard seating area is a beautiful and peaceful spot for coffee in the morning or an afternoon book.
Guests have remote access to the entire house. It is a keyless entry and the parking in back is a manual gate.

The neighborhood is historic Lincolnville which is part of Old Saint Augustine. It is in the heart of Saint Augustine and walkable to all sites and activities.
We have plenty of off street gated parking but most people get around on foot or bicycle. Everything is very close. A car could be used to get to some of the beaches and golf.
We provide a BBQ pit, and beach chairs in the shed. - Our front and back doors are protected by exterior security cameras - No additional guests not on the reservation are allowed on property without my permission. - No third party services allowed on property without my permission. - Guests must comply with all local, state and federal laws and regulations. - There is a staircase so guests would want to be careful with young children. It is not appropriate for toddlers. - Please treat our home like it is your home. Music should not be loud inside or outside the home to respect our neighbors whom we communicate with regularly. - Any damage to furniture or furnishings will be charged to your security deposit so please be respectful. - No glitter, sparkles or sequins of any kind are allowed in the house - No taping of party decorations may be done to the walls - No weapons are allowed on property so please leave any guns you own at home. - No drugs are allowed on property

Everything was great. Location wonderful. Easy walk to just about anything. Couldn’t find the garbage bags because they were locked up but got the code. Can’t expect any better. Comfortable for 3 couples. Thank you
This was a great property and a perfect location. It was an easy walk to everything and/or a super quick Uber ride back. The house was very clean and inviting! We had a couple of questions and the response was always quick and very kind. An extra plus for us (we are a taller family) was that the shower heads were up high enough! The outdoor gas fire table was a nice place to unwind after a long day. Would definitely recommend!!

This place really exceeded our expectations, which is hard to do for us. Carol really went above and beyond make sure everything went well for our stay. She even shipped a brand new blender to the house just because she wasn’t sure if she had one or not! The house itself is fantastic. Everything is newer and the kitchen is well equipped. 3 full bathrooms is also rare for the area. Perfect location and walking distance to all of the historic landmarks, museums, and shops in the old downtown area. There’s secure parking out back which is like gold if you’re staying in this city. You’re also dangerously close to St Augie’s Pizza (highly recommend, we ordered from there twice). There was no frivolous checkout out process either. If you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet and convenient house to stay in this is your place.

Host was welcoming and helpful, had some issues figuring out the smart tv and they walked us through the troubleshooting. Front porch in the morning was awesome. Great location to walk to many sites and resturants. Free parking in the gated back yard was a great benefit.
The host was great. She answered any questions that I had. House was wonderful- lots of nice extras. Proximity and ease of getting to downtown was awesome. Definitely would stay here again.
We had 3 couples stay for 3 nights. There was enough space to park 3 SUVs. Great location. The host Carol was available to answer a few questions at the beginning of our stay. The house was clean comfortable. 3 full bathrooms one for each couple made it perfect.Well stocked kitchen was nice too. We would book this property again.
This was amazing spot to stay in when visitng St. Augustine. Everything was clean and comfortable for a family. It was also very convenient how all popular spots downtown were within walking distance.

We own two STRs and several long term rental that I personally manage. I am a retired healthcare executive and my husband is an architect. The St. Augustine is also a vacation home for us so we decorated it for our family and yours.
Why they chose this property
This house is walkable to everything in St. Augustine. The location is perfect because it is very close to all the wedding venues but far enough from the hubbub of Old Town. You can take a short drive to the beaches across Lions Bridge and are within a short drive of the world renowned TPC Sawgrass golf courses in Ponte Vedra.
What makes this property unique
We have private gated parking in back for 3-4 vehicles. It is walkable to everything, It is large with three full bedrooms and baths. It has a beautiful courtyard with fire pit for relaxing in the morning or evening.
