This apartment is located on the second floor. Enter the apartment from the second floor piazza to find a spacious great room to your left with historic features and hardwood floors.

LIVING ROOM/4TH BEDROOM
To the left are double folding doors leading to the grand living room with a classic fireplace. The room is furnished with 4 velvet swivel chairs, beautiful sofa sleeper with gel queen mattress.

In one corner, is a very clever and full bath with a marble shower. Guests can use this room as a 4th bedroom with a very secure door.


MASTER BEDROOM
Off of the dining room is cozy bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom.

DORMER ROOMS
Between the kitchen and the living room is a spiral staircase leading to two charming dormer rooms - each with two single beds their own bathroom. These rooms have the oldest and prettiest floors of any of our properties.

The space is under the dormers so a tall person will duck if getting in and out from the sides. The middle space in front of the window is full height.


Adult Offsite Pool & Gym Access
We partner with an offsite resort called the Wonderer which is located in downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Our guests 25+ are able to visit the wonderer. There is a strict age policy, no one under 21 will be permitted (including the pool). Resort features : Olympic size pool (heated in winter) , Poolside Cabana (additional charge), Gym (classes at additional charge) , 2 bars , Restaurant , Private & Shared work space

What looks like a fun rooftop is off limits. The black tar will ruin your clothes and our blankets and is not safe.

Our property manager’s office is onsite and she can help with any issues during the day. She is also available by phone and text. We are frequently onsite. However, we like to give our guests as much privacy as they want.

Located just one block from King Street, St. Philip Square is a collection of 6 restored historic homes with a spacious shared courtyard and outdoor garden areas that span an entire city square block of downtown Charleston. 
 

The Charleston shuttle bus stop is one block away.

Walking is a great way to get to all the nearby restaurants, bars and shops.

Uber and Lyft and Green Taxi are readily accessible.
